From Khloe Kardashian’s stair machine heavy workout to Kate Hudson’s Brazilian Butt Lifts, these are the fitness routines that keep some of the world’s most famous women fit.
Australian model Shanina Shaik recently revealed to Vogue Australia that she’s a fan of the Tracey Anderson workout explaining, “You get a really big sweat with her class, you tone and it’s good cardio at the same”. She also divulged that she prefers to work out with friends and her fiancée, “I have my trainer and then sometimes I just go to the gym and work out with friends. My fiancé is great at working out so he helps me with that too.”
Khloe Kardashian has seen huge results in the gym in recent months and attributes her weight loss success to stair machines at the gym or the stairs at her home for a great cardio workout. The reality TV star revealed on her Instagram account that “if you run up and down your stairs 20 times, you’re going to be panting like a dog.”
Victoria’s Secret Angel Sarah Sampaio shared a video on her instagram of her fierce workout regime. The stunning model is a regular at the Dog Pound gym in New York, which has become quite the hub for her and fellow angels. She told Vogue she also relies on “a personal trainer 2-3 times a week and see’s Pilate instructor Gina Papalia,” who is the owner of Grasshopper Pilates, also in New York.
The singer has a personal trainer who travels with her when she has big events coming up. She also told Elle that that, “Cardio is key. I work out every day but I still need a trainer to motivate me.”
Jessica Biel is no stranger to getting in shape for movie roles, but in her day-to-day life, she prefers hiking and walking her dogs to clear her head and keep fit. She told Popsugar she also relies on “yoga classes during the week, mixed in with weight training sessions for strength.”
Jennifer Lopez revealed to marie claire that she credits her strong physique to the Tracy Anderson Method and works in cardio to keep herself fit. Even when she doesn’t feel up to it, she pushes through, saying, “Sometimes when I get home and I'm not feeling so great, I make myself go to the gym.”
Kate Hudson introduces cardio into her fitness routine by “jumping and dancing around to sweat and get blood circulating”. The actress also uses Brazilian Butt Lifts as her go-to to “concentrate on your core and your butt.” Also, one look at her Snapchat and you’ll see she’s a big fan of Pilates.
Ellie Goulding’s Instagram proves how much of a fitness fanatic she really is. The singer likes to mix up her workout routine and told Women’s Health that, “I’m more of a burst girl than sustained. I like it when the treadmill’s on dynamic and I do sprints. I prefer using my own body as weight, so press-ups, mountain climbers and burpees.”
