Rihanna has outdone herself again. The beauty mogul and badgal businesswoman has created a new foundation for Fenty Beauty that caters to all the people who, because of their skin type, couldn’t use her Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation.

Rihanna heard your requests for a more forgiving formula for drier skin and has delivered unto us the Pro Filt’r Hydrating Longwear Foundation.

In a statement released by Fenty, Rihanna explained her choice to add the foundation to the Fenty collection: “I wanted to take Pro Filt’r beyond skin tone to serve all skin types. Nothing is more important to me than making sure that everyone feels included.”

Formulated for those with dry skin, the long-wear foundation comes in a whopping 50 shades and promises a medium to full coverage and natural finish. The hydrating formula contains grape seed oil, which works to nourish skin, while sodium hyaluronate penetrates deep into skin to deliver lasting hydration. All of that AND it’s also sweat and humidity resistant and it won’t settle into fine lines or clog pores.

Set to launch this month (August 15), our winter skin is stoked.

This isn’t the only big change in Rihanna’s life of late. She recently ditched her dark hair for an on-trend copper hair colour.

Since then, her keen interest in fashion and beauty has landed her gigs as a Digital Content Producer and Beauty Editor with titles like Girlfriend, Refinery29, BEAUTYcrew and beautyheaven. She loves the way seemingly innocuous topics like skin care and style have the ability to put a smile on people’s faces or make them think about themselves a little differently. A big believer in self love and experimentation, Briar has made a point of becoming the Australian beauty industry’s unofficial guinea pig for unusual treatments and daring hair trends. When she’s not testing out the latest beauty launches, Briar is big on broadening her horizons, mostly in the form of food but she’s also partial to travelling to new destinations both near and far (and of course, allocating an extra bag to bring their best beauty offerings home with her).
