Katya & Trixie Mattel are finally releasing a makeup line together
Two of RuPaul’s Drag Race’s most successful alumni, Katya Zamolodchikova and Trixie Mattel, firmly hold the title as the funniest drag queen comedy duo, and now the hilarious pair have teamed up to create a makeup line for Trixie Cosmetics. Based on the Russian bisexual hooker motif we’ve come to know and love Katya for, the line is aptly called ‘The Red Scare Collection’.
The Red Scare Collection will be available for a limited time at trixiecosmetics.com from October 2nd and will feature a true red matte lipstick, an opaque red lacquer lipgloss and ruby red star cosmetic glitter. And judging by what we have seen of the collection so far, we will finally be able to satisfy our lifelong desire of wanting to look like a sexy phone operator just trying to survive under the oppressive rule of communism.
