Last year, Khloe Kardashian shocked fans when she unveiled a dramatically slimmer new figure and she’s now estimated to have dropped a total of 18 kilograms.
If you've been wondering how she did it, you're in luck. Today, Khloe has taken to Instagram Stories to reveal the exact workout behind her incredible body.
After warming up with a walk on the treadmill, Khloe’s trainer Don-A-Matrix puts her through her paces with a session that features “full-body weights along with five-minute uphill sprints.”
Khloe’s sets include a number of glute-toning squat variations such as weighted frog jumps, cable squat rows and dumbbell squats. Between her weighted sets, she jumps back on the treadmill to perform her sprints before capping it all off with a cool-down walk.
