When Khloe Kardashian revealed her go-to skin care products on her app, we expected ultra luxe, state-of-the-art beauty buys. It’s not like she has to hunt down a bargain like the rest of us, after all.
But unlike her older sister Kim Kardashian whose skin care routine costs over $1000, Khloe’s skin care regimen is surprisingly filled with budget-friendly drugstore products.
The 32-year-old explained recently on her app that she swears by Bio-Oil, “I cover my face in oil every night, I love Bio-Oil and Vitamin E”. And here’s the good news, Bio-Oil will only set you back $14.99.
Khloe also loves Aquaphor, a $12.74 healing ointment that you can apply pretty much anywhere that’s in hydrating need; cracked skin, chapped lips, dry feet or heels. But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star uses it somewhere unexpected. “I just use Aquaphor on my eyes,” she shared. Bet you’ve never thought of that one?
The TV starlet is all over the importance of crucial anti-ageing preventions. “For me, ‘anti aging’ is really all about hydration. Drinking lots of water is a must,” she wrote.
Sunscreen was another essential step in her daily routine; “I also wear sunscreen every day, especially on my hands. Hands are always out in the sun, so they age the most. I keep extra sunscreen in the glove boxes of all of my cars in case I forget. When the sun hits my hands while I’m driving, it reminds me to slather more on!!!”
It’s so refreshing to hear how unexpectedly affordable, super practical and actually really smart Khloe’s skin care routine is.
