Her celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic is also a MAJOR fan
While there are a whole heap of swanky mascaras getting around town, it can be hard to justify forking out more than $20 on something that’s going to need to be replaced in three months (subtle reminder, guys). So, when a celeb spills on their love for a certain budget mascara, we are ON it like a rash.
You may have heard through the grapevine that Kim Kardashian is a BIG fan of one particular budget mascara – that is, L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black. She wrote about it on her app earlier this year, but we were *super* devastated when we realised it wasn’t available in Australia.
But, we come bearing good great news! This little weapon is about to arrive on our shores come January 2019!
This is the same mascara Kim said both she and her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic swear by for fuller, bolder lashes. On a blog on her app, she wrote, “The colour is the perfect shade of black and really lifts and separates each lash". She continued: "It's perfect for an everyday look, or you can layer on multiple coats for a more dramatic effect."
Bigger, fuller and more lifted lashes without that annoying clumpiness? Um, heck yes! We’ll take 10.
According to Kim’s app, L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black has actually been a firm staple in Dedivanovic’s beauty kit for quite some time, "It's one of Mario [Dedivanovic]'s favs too—we use it all the time!”
If Dedivanovic says it’s good, then you know it’s worth owning. "I've been pretty loyal to this mascara for years," Dedivanovic shared on Kim’s app.
The best part? L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Mascara in Carbon Black only costs a delightful $19.95, meaning we can all afford to own this magical tube next year.
Who’s excited? We sure are!
Looking for more celebrity-approved budget buys? This isn’t the only bargain Kim can’t resist. Check out her go-to anti-ageing serum that’ll only set you back $17.90!
