Beauty Crew sent kōtia Brightening Eye Cream to a panel of our trusted Review Crew® members aged between 30 and 44 years old who wanted a hydrating eye cream that would help tackle fine lines and wrinkles, dryness, dark circles and puffiness. Reviewers also received the kōtia Revitalising Hand & Nail Cream to try.

The lowdown

Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about kōtia Brightening Eye Cream.

How fast-absorbing the eye cream was: Reviewers loved that despite the rich and hydrating texture, the eye cream quickly absorbed into their skin and wore well underneath their makeup.

The hydrating formula: Members were very impressed by how deeply hydrating the eye cream was, with many saying that their under-eye area felt richly moisturised but the formula didn’t feel heavy on their skin. 

The packaging: Reviewers loved the generous size of the eye cream and how convenient and hygienic the pump dispenser made application.

Good to know: Reviewers felt that they were unable to see the true brightening effect of the eye cream in a three to four week trial period, with many noting that they would need to use the product for longer to see brightening results.

“The cream is easily absorbed on the delicate skin around the eyes. It leaves the under-eye area feeling and looking nurtured and hydrated. I’ve been using day and night for about 2-3 weeks and have experienced no issues with sensitivity. It sits well under makeup too, which is great.”

“I found the consistency of the product to be slight, non-greasy and easily absorbed, which is great as thicker eye creams can often irritate my eyes. It also has a slight brightening effect immediately upon application which is great for my dark circles. Whilst I've not noticed a marked difference in my dark circles, they do appear slightly brighter and feel hydrated.”
