Megan Thee Stallion used *this* to create her negative space eyeliner at the Grammys

A big cat eye for the biggest night in music

Megan Thee Stallion is always dropping impressive makeup looks when it comes to red carpet events.

So we weren’t at all surprised when she gathered her glam team for a double dose of face-beating goodness for the Oscars and the Grammys.

While refined glamour was the order of the day for the Oscars, her makeup artist Lauren Child created a cat eye so extreme in nature for the Grammys, that it needs to be seen in order to be believed.

Of course, Child used a range of Revlon products on the brand ambassador, including the rapper’s limited edition Revlon x Megan Thee Stallion Hot Girl Sunset Collection.

But what we really wanted to know is just how she created that impressive negative space cat eye.

Turns out the makeup artist used a combination of the Revlon So Fierce! Vinyl Eyeliner in ‘Midnight Mystery’ ($23.95 at MYER) and the Revlon Colorstay Liquid Eye Pen Precise in ‘Blackest Black’ ($21.99 at Chemist Warehouse) to create that hulk of a wing.

It appears that Child also used a soft brown eyeshadow to add depth to the negative space, while the rest of Thee Stallion’s lids were painted in a soft velvet cream highlight shade.

Love a budget eyeliner? These are the best drugstore liquid eyeliners we’ve had the pleasure of trying.
