Cult body care brand Necessaire is launching in Mecca in May
Living downunder comes with its perks. Two dollar sausage sangas from Bunnings, an abundance of beautiful beaches, the list goes on.
But what’s not so cool about living at the literal arse end of the world is that sometimes we’re the last to receive some of the world’s top-selling beauty buys.
TBH, we’ve officially given up hope of ever actually being able to buy a tube of Glossier Cloud Paint in person.
And we thought we were going to have to pack away our dreams of rubbing cult-favourite brand Necessaire all over our bodies too.
But turns out all our melodrama was for nought, because the body care brand (which counts Rosie Huntington-Whitely as a fan) is landing in Australia in May.
And with winter upon us, the timing couldn’t be more perfect.
What to buy?
Look, we're going to be real, we’re having a hard time whittling down the list of products we want to buy from the brand because a) we’ve waited long enough and b) their packaging is so damn good-looking.
We’re all for efficacious products, but that’s the genius of Necessaire. The sustainable, clean beauty brand has somehow managed to create a stable of products that look amazing and actually work.
The Body Exfoliator ($45 at MECCA) is beloved the Internet over for its ability to tackle keratosis pilaris (AKA those red bumps on the backs of your legs and arms) head on, leaving skin soft and smooth.
The Body Wash Fragrance Free ($37 at MECCA) and The Body Wash Eucalyptus ($37 at MECCA) on the other hand, works to nourish skin in-shower with a hydrating formula that’s rich in niacinamide, vitamin C, vitamin E, and omegas 6 and 9.
