When you’ve got a face as off the scale on the bombshell charts as Olivia Culpo’s, it would really be a crime not to pull out a red lip every so often – her classic but striking features basically beg for the timeless glamour that a swipe of scarlet offers (and boy, do they look good when she rocks one).
