After using it for a few weeks, I can tell my skin is thoroughly cleansed, clean and hydrated. Its super easy to use in the shower, is very calming on the skin, and has a inoffensive smell. I can see how it would be a perfect cleanser for those who have undergone procedures, or just want a cleanser that is ultra soothing and gentle on angry skin. I rated it three stars only because I probably wouldnt repurchase this again as I have used other cleansers that work just as well.

This cleanser is perfect for my skin, I'm in my 40s and I'm using prescription vitamin a and it's quite harsh on my skin. I need a gentle non drying cleanser and this is what I'm looking for. I've always been a fan of Bioderma and used a lot of their products but this one is my favourite. It comes in a large 200ml tube, it is fragrance fee and quite thick but not greasy. I found it removed all of my make up and was not irritating or drying on my skin and left my skin clean and soothed. I would recommend this cleanser for any skin type and I love that it can be used on all areas of the body

I wouldn't use it as part of a full face of make up cleanse, but something to use after the fact would be good as it leaves your skin feeling soft, clean and refreshed.

I’ve been using this cleansing balm for a few weeks and enjoyed using it. It doesn’t strip the skin just leaves it feeling clean and soft. It’s have a very subtle scent to it which I like. I’ve used it on my 13 month old as well and it appeared to speed up the healing of a small itchy patch on her. It doesn’t foam like I’m used to with the cleansing products I would normally pick for myself so it took a little to get used to but it does it’s job. I would use this again on myself and my children.

Through years of using regular facial wash, my face became a bit dry. BIODERMA Cicabio Cleansing Balm honestly reclaimed the freshness my skin once had. It doesn't strip off the moisture from your skin.

LI normally prefer to use foaming cleansers in the morning and balm cleansers at night time to calm my sensitive skin. The texture is quite lotion like and wouldn’t give you this “clean skin” feeling and wouldn’t be suitable to remove heave make up. As on the daily basis I normally wear light make up it works quite well. From my point of view, it’s quite gentle on your skin, no harsh scent and leaves your skin soft and hydrated. I would highly recommend it to people who have sensitive skin or sensitive to smells. Overall, gentle cleanser that will be perfect for damaged or sensitive skin. Definitely leaves skin hydrated and soft. In terms of texture I prefer a bit thicker paste like textures that lather a bit but overall gentle moisturising cleansing option.

I do have moments when my skin can get very dry or irritation and having a product like the Bioderma cleansing balm is a good option. As the name suggests, it's a balm so the texture almost feels like a lotion as it doesn't lather or foam up. I just apply some of the cleaning balm in my hands and then apply it directly onto my face. When it comes to cleaning a full face of makeup, I would say it's a good first step in the cleansing routine but not the best at removing makeup entirely. I would have to follow it up with a foaming cleanser. What I enjoy about the cleansing balm is that it leaves the skin feeling moisturised afterwards.
