Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin Wash

This body wash was recommended to me for myself and daughters very dry skin. She and I have been impressed by how gentle and hydrating it feels on the skin. When your skin is very dry, finding a body wash that actually cleans thoroughly without leaving your skin feeling tight, stripped or uncomfortable can be a challenge. What I really like about this wash is that it feels nourishing while still giving you that clean, fresh feeling you want after a shower. One of my favourite things about Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin Wash is that it is soap and SLS free. I find that this makes a noticeable difference to how our skin feels after washing. Rather than feeling dry or tight, my skin feels comfortable, soft and moisturised. I really appreciate a body wash that doesn't leave me feeling like I need to immediately compensate for dryness afterwards. The formula combines rich emollients with urea, which I think is particularly beneficial for very dry skin. I like that it not only cleanses but also helps gently exfoliate dead skin cells. My skin feels smoother and softer after using it, without the exfoliation feeling harsh or abrasive. It is a nice balance because I want to remove the dry, flaky feeling without using something that could potentially make my skin feel even more irritated or uncomfortable. Another thing I appreciate is that it thoroughly cleanses without stripping away the skin's essential oils. This is probably one of the biggest differences I notice compared with some other body washes. Sometimes after showering, my skin can feel like all the moisture has been removed along with any dirt and sweat. With this wash, my skin feels clean but still hydrated and comfortable. That makes it much more enjoyable.

I suffer from very dry skin, most times of the year it is dry and I need to take additional steps to help my skin to feel comfort and experience less flaking and tight skin. One of those steps I have found to work is using the Dermal Therapy Very Dry Skin Wash in the shower replacing my regular body wash. My skin immediately feels comfortable when using it, it doesn't have any harsh scents or perfumes which I have found a pointless ingredient in other body washes in the past. It is super easy to dispense as it has a pump lid which makes using as little or as much as i need really easy to do without wastage. Once i pat my skin dry my skin feels mostly comfort, its not tight nor flaky and feels as if it is well hydrated.
