I use this after shampooing and conditioning while my hair is wet, it’s easy to use, just spray in and style as normal. The best thing with this spray is it controls frizz beautifully and gives a salon worthy blow dry looking smooth and sleek and shiny. It provides a barrier against humidity and also heat styling tools so it protects hair perfectly. This is an amazing product that I will definitely purchase again and would highly recommend
