Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Cushion

I tried the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Cushion along with few other foundation cushions. The packaging is very luxurious which caught my attention and the compact comes with a mirror and a sponge. The foundation has a lightweight texture and the sponge picks up the right amount of product which helps to apply the foundation evenly. It is very hydrating and gives me a dewy finish with a light to medium coverage.

This is a lovely, high quality product that is very quick and easy to use. It is a little bit expensive, and I have to say it costs more than I would normally spend on a foundation. But it’s a beautiful stylish, golden compact and the foundation inside provides natural, buildable coverage.  The product itself is very easy to use and you can apply it quickly or touch up easily throughout the day. It comes with a velvet puff applicator and the foundation sponge/cushion dispenses just the right amount of product to cover my whole face. I gently pat the foundation on my face and it provides flawless coverage that still looks dewy and doesn’t settle into my lines. It sets dry pretty quickly and you can apply a translucent powder on top to create a more matte finish. I find the colours a bit darker than some of the liquid Lancôme foundations I’ve tried, so I use a shade lighter than I normally would use. This compact is refillable, and the foundation cushion can be purchased seperately. Overall it lasts pretty well as I find the formula quite concentrated so only a small amount is needed for each application. My favourite thing about this cushion foundation is that it is very easy to apply and it doesn’t look caked on, unnatural or too matte. It lasts pretty well and really does cover all imperfections very well, but doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. It’s great for anyone who wants a quick, fuss-free makeup application. I think it would suit combination to slightly drier skin types and it doesn’t emphasise the look of lines or pores. I highly recommend this foundation and will continue to repurchase this product.

This is a gorgeous luxe product, a lovely foundation for a light but thorough coverage. i adore lancome products, always of such a high quality, this compact is  such a treat for skin. I love that it is oil free and light and gives a nice matte finish. My skin does not look oily using this product and looks natural and radiant all day. I love the beautiful gold compact, so stunning. The formula is smooth and silky and feels feather light to wear. Gorgeous pigmentation and easy to build upon. Easy to use, I use the sponge applicator that comes with the product, and with nine lovely shades its so easy to find one thats perfect for your particular skin colour. Perfect size for a makeup bag I adore this teint idole ultra cushion foundation and highly recommend it

This is perfect - perfect colour match, perfect finish. perfect and beautiful compact. The gorgeous gold and black compact lives up to its looks with perfect colour matching and perfect finish. It is incredibly easy to apply and it is possible to achieve just the finish I prefer, which is natural and soft. The foundation is lightweight so it feels so natural and breathable on the skin. It is extremely easy to build and blend so that it is possible to have a lovely, natural finish or a heavier more defined effect. I find it rare to find a foundation that gives the wearer the choice of how much or how little to use with the effect being perfect for the individual. This lovely cushion foundation allows that. I found it easier to achieve a more natural effect with this lovely Teint Idole Ultra Cushion Foundation than with the original Lancôme Cushion Foundation. It is possible to use the tool you prefer as your favourite sponge applicator will work as will the sponge that accompanies the compact. The compact looks classy but it is also incredibly functional. The flap covering the foundation fits securely so you will not have the foundation exposed to air or contaminants, then the lovely gold lid fits over this. Even though the coverings are very secure they are also easy to open. The compact fits easily and neatly in your hand while you apply the makeup. With nine shades, ranging from very pale and soft to much deeper shades it is a simple matter to find one that is perfect. It is a brilliant travel makeup as it won't spill, as well as being just right for use at home. Once applied, the makeup lasts extremely well throughout the day, feeling and looking lovely from start to finish. It really is a beautiful makeup and has the added bonus of being able to buy refills for the compact.
