M.A.C Cosmetics Powder Kiss Lipstick

This is a lipstick with a twist, it really has a powdery finish!. It’s like that technique that was popular back in the day where you would apply lipstick blot it with a tissue, reapply, blot and then apply powder over a single ply of tissue. This does the same thing but with just one swipe. The colour range is amazing. I own 2 colours “ 907 Fall in Love” which is bright pink but more muted on the lips, and “928 Sheer Outrage” which I would describe as a muted peachy colour. The packaging is powder coated like the lipstick, instead of having a shiny case like the original lipsticks. It still has that satisfying click when the lid goes on. I would recommend this lipstick to anyone that loves a matte lip but not a saturated colour.

This is a really romantic matte lipstick. The colours are gorgeous with high quality pigment and it’s super flattering. The difference between this powder kiss lipstick and other mattes I have tried is that this is not drying, it has a powdery soft finish that is quite moisturising. I love the natural look of this lipstick and it has a lot of staying power, it’s well worth the price. It’s packaged beautifully and is so light and comfortable to wear I am going to try other shades, it’s one of the better lipsticks I have tried. Mac lipsticks are awesome and this is simply beautiful. I highly recommend this powder kiss lipstick

Mac is well-known for its amazing array of lipstick shades and formulas, and I love using their lipsticks, I always know it will feel, look and even taste good. This powder-kiss formula really gives a new meaning to the idea of “matte”. MAC’s matte lipsticks are easy to apply and have a very intense colour, but like most mattes, they can be a bit drying. The powder kiss formula is a different take on a matte. It has the full colour of a matte lipstick but is so light and soft on the lips, you hardly know you are wearing lipstick. It doesn’t have that dried-up feeling, and is a perfect daytime formula – a clear pop of colour with muted intensity. I have this lipstick in the shade Reverence – a soft light pink, perfect for work or for a natural make-up day. This is a great alternative for those who enjoy wearing a matte look without the “feel” of a matte.
