Fantastic shampoo at a super affordable price point. I loved the size, shape and pump bottle - found it sat perfectly in my shower alcove. The smell of this shampoo is the first thing you notice and I found it lasted pretty well too. Consistency was nice, lathered reasonably well but I did find if my hair had gone a while without a wash and had become pretty oily, this shampoo didn't really feel like it cleaned in one go - I needed to do another round. Used in partnership with the My Soda Curl Ritual Conditioner, it was a winning combo!

I must admit, having slightly curly hair can be problematic, particularly on the days where humidity is high However, My Soda curl ritual shampoo really helped! I washed twice a week and was able to see real results in about 2ish weeks. The bottle is really cute as well, I loved the soft pastel colour to compliment my bathroom decor. I would normally wash twice with the usual shampoo, however with this one I decided one wash to be cautious and it worked out fine. Would consider buying again for sure.

I have been loving the My Soda Curl Ritual Range! After using the Curl Ritual shampoo for a few weeks my curls feel noticeably cleaner, softer and more defined without being stripped. It lathers well, has a salon fresh scent and keeps frizz under control whilst boosting bounce and shine!! My hair feels lightweight, hydrated - making wash days easier and my curls more consistent between styles! Paired with the conditioner it leaves my curls hydrated and fresh! This is such a great clean, natural option for those that want fabulous results without the nasties!!

I’ve trialled quite a few products and I have to say that this range has been one of my favourites! There are so many pros for me! I love that the range is so aligned with my values - it’s Aussie made, vegan and cruelty free, and seems to have relatively “natural ingredients” (no petrochemicals, no SLS etc). I also like that the packaging is made of recycles materials (although it doesn’t specify percentage so I presume it’s made from 100% recycled post consumer plastic?) and so so pretty! Onto the shampoo: my partner and I both have curly (2c) hair and we loved it! The shampoo has a mild scent that’s nice but not overbearing. It’s also kind of like a gel like consistency but lathers up well. We didn’t need to use a lot either, so I think the smallish bottle would last us a while. We then followed up with the conditioner and curl cream which we really liked! Overall hair felt cleaner (which is sometimes hard with curl friendly shampoos) and was less frizzy. Absolutely would buy and use this range going forward!

I have been using My Soda Curl Ritual Shampoo for a while now. I know this is meant for those with curly hair ( i dont have curly hair) but I really like how effective this is with reducing and preventing frizz. I also love the scent. I use it with the My Soda Curl conditioner and it has left my hair soft, smooth and more manageable. My hair also feels clean and fresh after use while leaving it moisturised. I have already repurchased this and would definitely repurchase again. I would also recommend this to others

I tried this shampoo with the family - we have wavy to curly hair, and some with very, very curly hair. Firstly, yay for the pump bottle - makes it easier to use in the shower but it's a pain when trying to get to the last bits of shampoo in the bottle (can't store it upside down). The shampoo smells quite pleasant and great consistency. The shampoo itself feels premium but without the high price. The shampoo worked really well with those of us with wavy hair. She only needed one wash rather than the usual double shampoo and lathered really well. It seems to accentuate the curls nicely. The shampoo was average for those of us who had super curly hair. It lathered nicely but didn't defrizz and was a teeny bit drying. Overall, it is a solid shampoo for wavy to curly rather than super curly hair.

I have been using this My Soda Curl Ritual Shampoo since I received it , I was pleased with this shampoo as it is a gentle plant based formula no nasty ingredients. The scent is amazing , smell like almost a candy sweet scent smelling fresh. It is easy to lather on the hair even just using hands. I have noticed that it helps my hair smooth and hydrated at the same time perfect for my wavy coarsed hair . I like the packaging and the colour . It is very handy also the built in pump when using it. This is an amazing curl ritual shampoo with an affordable price in the market.

The My Soda Curl Ritual Shampoo is so gentle but it actually does its job — my hair feels clean without that stripped, dry feeling you sometimes get after washing. The coconut oil and argan oil in the formula make such a difference, my hair feels so incredibly soft and smooth straight out of the shower! That post-wash smoothness is REAL, not just a claim on the bottle! My curls are looking more defined even just from the wash step and my frizz has been so much more under control. The coconut fragrance is absolutely DIVINE too my hair smells so good after washing, like genuinely I keep catching whiffs of it and loving it, It’s like that gorgeous warm coconut scent that just lingers and makes you want to wash your hair every day! I use this with the My Soda Sculpting Hair Cream and honestly the two together are a dream team for curly hair. The whole Curl Ritual range is plant-based which is a bonus for me and I love that it’s packed with ingredients that actually care for your hair rather than just cleaning it..

Received this as part of a trial with the conditional and cream. My hair is very temperamental when it comes to shampoo and can struggle with new shampoos to wash out all the product. I was pleasantly surprised by this though. My hair felt clean and didn’t feel like any product was still in my hair. My hair was very dry prior to starting to use this shampoo and it has definetly improved ! Not as frizzy either I love the smell (it’s sweet but not childishly sweet) and I would purchase it with my own money once I run out. My only feedback (for most shampoo/conditioner companies is to make the bottles easily identifiable for which is which. They’re exactly the same and I always have to read the bottle to work it out haha could be as simple as a different coloured pump

My hair felt soft, not stripped. I could run my fingers through it without breaking a strand. After a month, my hair looks healthier. It’s shinier, softer, and my curl pattern actually holds between washes. The bottle will last me a while because a little goes a long way. Is it the perfect shampoo? For my specific, frizz-prone, dry curls? Yes. I’ve finally found a cleanser that cleans without the "squeaky" aftermath. If you’ve been burned by harsh shampoos before, give this ritual a try. My hair finally feels like my hair again.

I had high hopes for this Shampoo but it was really disappointing. Im using the whole range, shampoo, conditioner and curly sculpt and my hair feels softer dry and brittle since I have started using. It doesnt feel hydrating to me at all. After I use the shampoo my hair feels completely stripped or everything good. After conditioning it really doesnt feel any better. The sculpt cream I find takes away my curl and makes it wavy not curly which is odd. Wouldn't really recommend from my experience.

Okay, the My Soda Curl Ritual Shampoo smells stunning. It almost smells like a blueberry scent and I love it, my husband even commented on how lovely it was. For the price point, this is a great shampoo that does help to reduce frizz, clean the hair, and enhance curls. My only criticism is that the shampoo didn't lather as much as i would expect, so I felt like I had to use more of the product than I would with other brands. I shampoo twice and condition once, and even on the second wash, the shampoo still struggled to lather.

I really like this shampoo for every wash. It gets my hair really clean without leaving it feeling dry and over-washed, which is pretty rare in a curl-specific shampoo. I find most of them just aren't cleasing enough? I get a good amount of lather - tick. Smells nice - Tick. cleans but doesn't strip - tick tick. This is a winner in my book!
