Olay Luminous Hyaluron + Niacinamide Gel Moisturiser

I switched from my current moisturiser (cream) to trial the Olay Luminous + Niacinamide Gel moisturiser almost four weeks ago as part of a trial and have been using it morning. I have sensitive combination skin, late 30’s with fine lines. I am currently using the eye gel and gel serum in the same range. The moisturiser has a light weight formula that is easy to apply. It has a good slip so when extending to the neck and décolleté it doesn’t feel like you’re going through the entire jar. It feels comfortable and hydrating on the skin. After almost a month my skin does look brighter and is hydrated. Overall I liked using this product but feel that my skin needs more comfort in the form of a cream, especially in these cooler months. This may also be attributed to the fact that it absorbs so quickly. I would be more inclined to purchase in summer but regardless at less than a quarter of the price of my current moisturiser, it is great value and does perform well.

Okay were not kidding when they said 4x longer hydration! I have dry skin so it was great to use a product that delivers. I used the Luminous Hyaluron Niacinamide Gel Moisturiser morning and night as part of my daily routine. It’s a lightweight and smooth consistency and feels so beautiful on the skin. After 2 weeks of using the product consistently, I noticed a difference in my skin, it was brighter, plumper and fine lines were diminished. It definitely lasted the 24hrs as promised. A great product to use in conjunction with Olay Serum and eye gel.

I have never used a gel moisturizer before – but OMG! I loved this – it was fast absorbing and left my skin feeling so smooth and hydrated. You could noticeably see the difference – especially since at the moment it’s really cold and constantly being around heaters that dry out the skin. This made a huge difference! Works really well with the serum and eye gel. These products would be a great addition to most people's skincare routine! Would definitely recommend using all products twice a day to see the most benefits.

I received this product as part of a trial. The packaging is lovely and sleek. The jar is really pretty and stylish. The product itself was thick and luscious. It smoothed accross my skin with ease though I was left with a bit of residual greasiness which eventually absorbed. My fingers were left greasy for about 2 minutes. My skin felt hydrated and have noticed a difference in my skin since using this product. I would recommend to family and friends as it worked well and lived up to its expectations.

This cream is rich, gel-like consistency that wobbles in your fingers. I love the texture and the feeling of my skin after using this cream. It was thick but surprisingly very fast absorbing- which I love especially being time poor, you need something that is going to be fast and effective especially in the mornings before work and the rush hour. It held up well, I felt my skin was properly hydration for hours and that it still had that just fresh face feel by the end of the working day, This is a great moisturiser that should be included in anyone’s routine definitely if you are time poor and need those extra few minutes, this cream literally dries in seconds. A must have.

Excellent product for combating dry skin in the colder and windier months of winter! Quickly absorbs and does not leave the skin feeling oily!! Used with the serum and the eye gel gives even more comfort and hydration to the skin and any trouble areas such as around the eyes and even the corners of the nose. I wouldn’t have expected much from any of these on their own as have tried similar in the past and not really had much effect, however this really delivers and when used as a trio, can not express how much better my skin is now feeling!!

I absolutely loved the packaging on this product. My only bug bear with some of the Olay products is that fiddly little lip thing you need to use to remove the internal lid. I feel like that design could be better. I really enjoyed using this moisturiser for the daytime. It is smooth and silky, has a pleasant smell and absorbed really well. I was using the combination serum, eye cream and moisturiser and found the combination worked really well on my skin. I am in my mid 40's so I think perhaps I need something a little stronger these days. In saying that I loved how smooth and supple my skin felt. I just didn't notice an enormous change in my lines.

Perfect moisturiser gel for my dry and flaky skin with blemishes that I get after acne. I used play Niacinamide and hylouronic acid gel moisturiser for the first time and became absolute fan of it. Good size pack will last me more that 2 months of daily use along with the play Niacinamide and hylouronic acid gel serum. I also have this product to my sister to try and she loved it too and she bought the serum and gel moisturiser for herself too. I would surely recommend this olay product and keep buying it in the future

I love Olay, I have used a few of their products and they have all been really good. I love this jar, it is really cute. The moisturiser itself feels really hydrating and moisturising. When I get some, the texture is in between thin and thick, but probably more on the thin side. It spreads really easily and quickly but also it absorbs really smoothly into my skin. It feels quite effortless. I can feel lots of hydrating in this moisturiser. My skin is left feeling soft and smooth. I can also see a bit of a shine or glow on my skin. It looks really good.

The serum was surprisingly light and refreshing. The serum has a light fragrance but it does not last too long and my skin felt really smooth, nourished and hydrated. I used this serum each day and found it was light and absorbs quickly leaving my skin with a nice glow. I felt like using the serum has improved my skins texture and appearance. I used the serum in conjunction with the Olay Luminous Hyaluron + Niacinamide Gel Moisturiser and found it well under makeup. I used two droppers a few times but found it too much – one drop is ideal. This product is recommended for dry skin but would not worry if you have combination skin as it absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy film. The presentation of the product is lovely too, would make a gorge gift, I will (have) repurchased and recommended to others who are enjoying the product.

I was excited to be on the trial team for the new Olay luminous Hyaluron and niacinamide range.I was curious to try the Olay Moisturiser. I was pleasantly surprised by the gel-like consistency of the product, which felt refreshing and soothing on my skin. I used a small amount of the moisturiser twice a day, after cleansing my face and neck. The product had a lovely light and fruity fragrance, which i liked. The moisturiser absorbed quickly into my skin, leaving it soft, smooth and hydrated. It did not feel greasy or sticky at all. After using the product for almost a month, I noticed an improvement in my skin's appearance and texture. My skin looked more radiant and even-toned, with a healthy glow. I also felt that my skin was firmer and more elastic. I was very impressed by the results of this moisturiser, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hydrating and brightening product for their skin.

I’ve have been using the luminous hyaluron niacinamide gel moisturiser every morning for over a month now. I love the texture of this moisturiser! It’s glides on your skin so soothly and easily. It absorbs really quickly which is great in the morning when you do not have hours for your skincare routine. But it still provide such a lasting feeling of hydration. This is probably one of my favourite products I’ve had to review so far. I have sensitive skin, prone to redness and this do not irritate it. In combination with the serum I’ve notice my skin feels smoother and perhaps less redness as well. 10/10 would buy again.

I used this with other Olay products and at first I thought it sat on my face beautifully and left me looking fresh, hydrated and glowing but then through the day I would find after touching my face I would feel as though I had some peeling of some sort. The cream didn’t absorb properly or something and it was actually gross on my skin. The product left me feeling greasy and my nose became quite oily and it just didn’t suit my skin type. I have tried many other Olay products that worked perfectly for my skin but this was one just was not suitable and wouldn’t use again.

I found with this product that a little bit goes a long way which I find to make that buck stretch a bit further! I also have sensitive skin and I never had an issue using this product. I've never used anything like this before but to be gifted it I was more than happy to give this a go. I only needed to apply a few dots around my face and it spread quite evenly without over doing it. Used in conjunction with the other products my face felt extremely smooth instead of oily after using some other products (I'm an Aged Care worker so my skin gets super oily but still feels soft with the products on my face). I also found that it did not leave an oily residue on my skin. It is best used after a good facial cleanse and in collaboration with the other products in this line.

This moisturiser provides an immediate boost of hydration from the very first moment of application. It’s quite light in texture, yet provides hydration that lasts the whole day. After using this moisturiser for a few weeks, I noticed that my skin looks brighter, firmer, plumper, and generally feels healthier. This is definitely a product I’d recommend to others who are looking for a regime to help moisturise and firm up their skin, especially if they’re after a product that isn’t heavily fragranced. It’s a must-have for those who live in a really dry climate like myself!

I was fortunate enough to receive this product as part of a beauty trial. I used it twice a day, incorporated into my usual skin routine, for the last 4 weeks. I found the thickness and texture of the gel moisturiser to be lovely, and when applied to my skin it felt soothing and calming. However once the product had absorbed, my skin still felt “thirsty”, so I had to either put a lot more of This product on, or use a cream moisturiser on top. I have combo skin, so if you have super dry skin I would avoid this product.

Product did not disappoint at all. The inital impression of packaging was impressive. The product packaging was neat and product was secure within box. When first trying on the gel moisturiser just like the serum and eye gel I was impressed by the feel of the gel on my skin. I found it to also be refreshing and hydrating whilst not feeling heavy. Once again my skin was not left with any of the usual sticky or tacky feeling I have previously experienced with other gel products currently on the market. Product has a pleasant fresh crisp smell which is not everwheling. Product worked well under make-up just ensure you have allowed time for it to soak in to the skin to prevent make-up from creasing.

I really love this moisturiser. I have been using this product alongside the serum and eye gel from the same range and I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin texture and brightness. The gel nature of the product makes it very lightweight and absorbent, it doesn’t leave the skin feeling clogged or sticky at all. I’ve found this really helpful during the colder months when my skin has become dry and flaky. Similarly to the serum, the packaging feels very luxurious and heavy. There is minimal scent which has been great for my sensitive skin.

Surprisingly, I loved this moisturiser! I am used to using only one moisturiser, because it absorbs quickly, so I was reluctant to try this one, but I am glad I did! The moisturiser is cooling and lightweight, absorbs quickly and does not leave any wet feeling on my skin! The little jar itself is really aesthetically pleasing! And the product settles itself each time, which means it feels like a new jar of product at each use. Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that my skin is more plump and smooth, and it is definitely more soft to touch. I can visibly see a benefit by using this product each day but on the few days I missed putting on the moisturiser, the benefits didn't disappear! It seems to have made a lasting change to my skin.

This is a beautifully hydrating lightweight moisturiser. After using this moisturiser for a few weeks I noticed that my skin felt more hydrated and there were fewer flaky patches on my face. The smell of the gel is pleasant and mild and the texture is lovely and light, while still providing nourishment. I liked that the moisturiser layers nicely over the gel serum from the same range, however I did sometimes get piling of product when I added makeup over the top of both the serum and moisturiser. Instead, on lazy days I had great results mixing a bit of this gel with my foundation or concealer and applying over my face for a quick glowy boost. This moisturiser absorbs really well and I felt the hydrating effects lasted well throughout the day, even in air conditioned environments. I would recommend this moisturiser to others, especially those with combination skin looking for something that will boost hydration where needed without adding to greasiness in other areas.
