QV Face Oil Free Moisturiser

The QV oil-free moisturiser is formulated with Pro-vitamin B5, Niacinamide, Avemide15 and Witch Hazel to help hydrate oily and combination skin, while leaving you with a matte finish that helps to minimise shine and oil build-up. It is non-comedogenic, so it won’t block your pores and reduces the risk of breakouts. A little goes a long way and although it feels really wet when you first apply it, it does dry very quickly, leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated, but matte and shine free. It worked well as a base for my make-up and didn't result in any pilling when layering with my other skincare products. I don't have acne-prone skin, but i do suffer from the occasional breakout and develop excess oil buildup most days, especially on my T-zone in the summer months. While using this moisturiser, I noticed a big improvement in the condition of my skin and the reduction of excess oil forming, especially during the warmer months.

Lightweight, white in colour it smells fresh. I have been using a pea size amount is enough or a bit more to include my neck and décolletage. Fresh to smell it absorbs instantly into my skin leaving no residue it finishes matte which is great especially for the breakouts I get on my chin. I like that he comes in a soft squeeze bottle with flip lid making the dispensing easy and hygienic. It has worked great when at home I wear it on top of serum or under makeup including spf when going out. Would continue using this as a day time moisturiser and recommend it to those looking for one.

One of the things I love most about this moisturiser from QV is it’s matte finish. I have combination skin with an oily tzone and this moisturiser controls oil and shine and leaves a nice matte finish that lasts and is perfect under my makeup. It’s a great cheap price and has a nice consistency that smoothes on easily and sinks straight in. It’s really hydrating and leaves my skin feeling really soft which is great considering it’s matte and oil free. I also have sensitive skin and this moisturiser has never irritated it. The handy tube is great and makes no mess. I would definitely buy this product again and would recommend it
