QV Face Renew + Hydrate Day Moisturiser SPF30

I am someone who uses sunscreen daily, usually applying an SPF50+ face sunscreen on top of a day moisturiser 9 months of the year. But on the days when I am mostly indoors or in the winter months, I find myself wanting a moisturiser that feels like a normal moisturiser but still has some sun protection, something I can slather more layers on when my face feels dry without having to repeat both moisturiser and sunscreen steps. This QV product came to my attention - it had SPF 30 broad spectrum protection, is safe for sensitive skin and is fragrance-free. This product was reformulated recently, with AUST L 396478. It comes in two sizes - 75g and 125g. I purchased the bigger 125g size which is a tube with a swivel snap bottom. It has hybrid sunscreen filters - a physical filter in the form of 3% titanium dioxide, and chemical filters in the form of 1.7% bemotrizinol (Tinosorb S), 2.7% Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benozate (Uvinul A Plus) and 5% octyl methoxycinnamate (Octinoxate). Tinosorb S and Uvinul A are newer sunscreen filters. The formula also includes niacinamide (Vit B3) which has multiple benefits including anti-aging, skin brightening and skin barrier strengthening, but the percentage is not disclosed. The texture is very smooth and very comfortable to apply. It spreads well and is moisturising without being greasy. There is a slight white cast upon application from the titanium dioxide, but on my light warm olive skintone, it disappears after 5-10 minutes. I have aging combination skin, and I find this just right - not too light and not too heavy - enough to keep my skin moisturised throughout the day but not greasy or shiny. It just feels like a good moisturiser that does the job well. This is something I will repurchase, it works well, ticks all the boxes and is so affordable.

Good everyday cream even for sensitive skin. It is a cream that I don't hesitate to take with me on trips. The price is not expensive so if I lose it, it doesn't hurt much. Another good reason to use it every day is that it has SPF 30. Sunscreen protection and the lightweight consistency make it appealable to everyone. I used it every morning after cleansing my face and putting on make-up. It absorbed in my skin really well and didn't leave it greasy or shiny. My face felt moisturised for a whole day. A huge plus from a sensitive skin owner, is that it is fragrance free. It is a good every day cream and I would buy it again.

This is a great moisturiser for day. I love the addition of spf to protect my skin from burning. It’s non greasy and feels light to wear, it’s comfortable and sinks straight in without adding extra oil. It’s perfect for under my makeup as it has a matte finish and it lasts well all day. I love QV products and this daily moisturiser comes at a great price and I don’t need to use a light, it’s fragrance free and perfect for sensitive skin as it never irritates. This is a trusted brand I would buy again and I would recommend this daily facial moisturiser

My friend recommended this day cream to me about 2 months ago and I've been using it for over a month. It's fragrance free and is perfect for my oilier skin. It contains spf 30 which is great. This cream isn't thick or rich so it's perfect for day wear and very suited to my skin type. It absorbs pretty quickly and doesn't leave my skin tacky at all. My skin feels really moisturised when I use this probably and I'm going to buy it again. I really like it and I'll recommend it to my other friends. So glad I tried it.
