Beautiful packaging

About me: I’ve got thin and fine hair I used this oil with the matching shampoo and conditioner. I tried the shampoo and conditioner only a few times to see what the oil added. Honestly, other than the beautiful packaging, the oil wasn’t for me as it made my hair too oily looking. However, for someone who has thicker hair than me, I think it would add a nice and shiny finish so I would still recommend it. The dropper is easy to use and I prefer to put it on dry hair so I can see how much of a difference it’s making. I’ve tried both wet and dry hair without much difference. Very subtle and pleasant fragrance.

Has its place but not for fine frizzy hair

Smells great, had high hopes but for my fine hair this was too much. I really wanted to love this but I found it left my hair stringy and oily looking and needed washing the following day. I will say it was great as a protective oil whilst swimming and throwing up in a bun but for daily wear just too oily. I found adding 1-2 drops on my hands and using more as a finishing oil lightly swiped over straightened hair gave better results but anymore than that the hair felt weighed down and unclean. I can see a real benefit to using this with thick course hair or scrunched into curly hair however.

Unreal

I’ve never been so impressed with a hair product! This Anti-Frizz Hair Oil is absolutely unreal! I’ve tried countless oils and treatments, but nothing has ever reduced my frizz completely, until now! The lightweight, leave-in formula absorbs instantly without any greasy residue, leaving my hair smooth, sleek, and easy to style. Infused with Keratin and Marula Oil, it nourishes my hair deeply, leaving it noticeably smoother and healthier. What I love most is how effectively it tames frizz while adding a natural, radiant shine. My hair feels sleek and soft, and styling has become a lot easier. Even on humid days, my hair stays polished and frizz-free. I also love the elegant glass bottle. It feels luxurious and sturdy, and it’s easy to dispense just the right amount of oil. Overall, this hair oil is a must-have for anyone with frizzy hair looking to maintain smooth, shiny, and manageable hair without weighing it down. It’s luxurious and I can’t imagine my routine without it!

A non- oily, high gloss leave in oil

The Thanks to Nature Smooth and Control Anti-Frizz Finishing Hair oil is an excellent product for the days when my hair need something extra, i.e. bad hair days when the frizz is at its worst. It comes in a glass bottle with a dropper dispenser which makes it easy to control the amount of oil you want to dispense. For my fine hair, I felt 3-4 drops was enough as I only needed to apply it to the lengths and ends of my hair for frizz control. It contains a blend of lots of different oils but is still surprisingly very light weight and not oil. I noticed that it helped with extreme frizz control and made my hair look glossy. I wouldn’t use too much though as it can weigh the hair down if used a lot. I do see myself using it more in winters as my hair get extremely frizzy during that time.

Incredible fragrance

This is one of the most lightweight hair oils I’ve ever used—almost water-like in consistency. However, I agree with another reviewer that the downside is that it takes a bit of effort to distribute evenly through the hair. In my experience, one drop is probably sufficient, and even two can leave my hair looking slightly slick. That said, it does add a noticeable shine to my strands, but I don’t find that it does much to control frizz other than to flatten strands. It’s also hard to talk about this product without mentioning the fragrance, which I’m starting to associate with Thanks to Nature as its signature scent across many of its products. It’s a blend of soft vanilla and a light floral note. While it can be subtle, it’s also quite long-lasting depending on how much you apply to your hair. I’m honestly getting addicted to this fragrance—it’s so unique, comforting, and sophisticated.

Sweet Scented Frizz and Flyaway Oil

I’ve been using this oil as the final step in my routine alongside the Thanks to Nature Smooth and Control shampoo and conditioner, and it’s made a noticeable difference to my hair. I dispense the measured amount from pipette into my palms, rub it between my hands, and apply it through the mid lengths and ends. The oil has a lightly sweet, delicious scent that makes it a pleasure to use without being overpowering. What I love most is how well it tames frizz and smooths flyaways while keeping my hair feeling hydrated and soft. It doesn’t weigh my hair down, and it leaves it looking healthy and polished. Since incorporating this into my routine, styling has become quicker and much more manageable. Overall, this oil has helped my hair look and feel its best, and it’s a step I won’t be skipping anytime soon.

Sleek and polished

I love a good hair oil and this one is no exception! They’re really important to me because I like to avoid as much frizz as possible, especially in a humid climate! The glass packaging feels expensive, the dropper is a great way to control how much oil you are using at one time. I tried it with both wet and dry hair, I found with wet hair that when I blow dried it after it looked a little greasy to me. I definitely preferred it when using it on dry hair, my hair was polished and sleek after! A little bit goes a long way too!

Great oil

I don't really usually like using oil on my hair because my hair can be prone to oiliness. However, this is a miracle product! It worked so well to tame my frizzy hair all day long. It made it soft and manageable. The effect lasted for more than a day. It had a nice scent, and was easy to apply, and easy to get out of the package. I found that it also had the added benefit of detangling my hair which is something I really need. I will definitely continue to use this product and recommend it to others.

Really nice hair oil

The best oil! My hair has been dying for a new hydrating oil especially something I can use once I've blowdryed and straightened it. The dropper made it easy to use because I could apply the product directly into my hair or drop it onto my hands and run my fingers through my hair. It doesn't have a strong sweet or natural smell either which is great because those can be overpowering. I would likely buy this again because I trust that it works. I do need to wash my hair quite frequently though because it gets oily.

It's good, but not great

Thanks to Nature Smooth and Control Anti‑Frizz Finishing Oil is a part of the Smooth & Control line, and I initially used it alongside the shampoo and conditioner and have then used separately with other wash-day products to see how it works across brands. I am happy to report that it worked the same across any brand so if you're looking for an oil only, then this might suit you. Read on to see how it worked for me. I’ve been using the smoothing oil for a few weeks now. Overall, I’d describe it as a perfectly decent finishing oil rather than a standout favourite, but it does have positives that might make it appealing depending on how one might like to use hair oils. One of the biggest positives of this product is how well it performs on dry hair. Used as a finishing oil, it adds a noticeable glossy sheen to the hair, especially through the ends where my hair is driest from styling tools. A small amount between the hands and lightly smoothed over dry lengths gives hair a polished, healthy look without appearing greasy. The oil leaves the ends looking softer and more put‑together, which makes it ideal for last minute touch ups and using after restyling second or third day hair. I really like the texture of the oil - it feels lightweight and doesn’t have that heavy, sticky quality that some hair oils have. Once applied, it sinks into the hair relatively quickly and leaves behind a smooth, silky feeling that’s pleasant to the touch (I actually play with my hair more with this oil in it). Hair feels softer rather than coated, which I appreciate in a hair oil. I do find the product a little difficult to spread through the hair evenly though, so I tend to use 1 drop at a time to work through my hair in sections. If I try and apply to all of my hair, it tends to deposit on the sections that I touch first. Even with using just 1 drop at a time, I still only use only a very small amount, as a little truly goes a long way. Because of this, the bottle will likely last an extremely long time, even with regular use. I'm not usually very picky with the scent of hair products but I did notice how nice this is. If you are fussy with smells then you're safe with this one. It has a pleasant, subtle fragrance that feels clean and natural without being overpowering. The smell fades once the product is in the hair and doesn’t linger too strongly. However, the oil does have some limitations. I found it not particularly effective on wet hair. When applied after washing, it’s harder to control and doesn’t distribute evenly through damp strands. Instead of smoothing or helping with styling, it can feel like it just sits on certain areas while leaving others untouched. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend using on freshly washed hair. The distribution is probably my main issue. Even on dry hair, it takes a bit of time to apply evenly, and you have to be careful not to concentrate too much product in one spot. This makes it slightly less user‑friendly compared to oils that glide through the hair more effortlessly. While the product does what it claims reasonably well, it isn’t my favourite hair oil overall. It doesn’t quite offer that “wow” factor or versatility that would make me repurchase it once it runs out. That said, it’s also not bad — it’s simply better suited to a specific purpose rather than being an all‑rounder. While I probably wouldn’t buy it once it’s finished, I’m content to continue using it and appreciate what it does well within its limitations.

Nice

I’ve been using this Thanks To Nature Smooth and Control Anti- Fruzz Hair oil. I want to start buy saying I don’t usually use oil products to my hair because I’m afraid it would look like I don’t wash my hair for days but it’s amazing that this product doesn’t do that. It just makes my hair shiny and healthier without making it look oily.. Feels smooth and soft when I run my fingers through my hair. A little goes a long way, so product lasts quite a while. Love it so much! I recommend to add this to your haircare routine.
