I have no idea what oud wood is. It sounds like main ingredient in a Middle Eastern string instrument. I do, however, know who Tom Ford is. He of the brilliant designs and the wonderful film "A Single Man". Yes, this deodorant is a bit exxy, but it gives you an otherworldly aroma that is both manly and refined. I lost my somewhat overheated Aussie male tang and acquired an aura of mystery. Worth it.
