John Frieda Frizz Ease® Secret Weapon® Finishing Crème

I loved this product but I just found out it has wheat in it. I have celiac and cannot use it. Do you have products without wheat. I just bought a bottle of secret weapon when I saw this. May it be returned to you. My scald became very red and itchy. I don’t know if the product can be made without wheat. It is a very good product but gluten free items would be great to have more readily available to all customers. Please let me know if I can return this to you for a refund. It was purchased at Martins in Connellsville. Also recommend other products that are wheat free that I can purchase.

A friend recommended this product to me to use on my naturally frizzy wavy hair. I apply it as needed on my dry hair to tame any fly aways. To apply, I normally squeeze a pea sized amount on my hands, then rub my hands together to disperse the product, and gently lean my hands against my hair and swipe down the hair follicle to push the frizz down back into place. This method works really well to give me a sleek and tame look to my hair, without making my hair look greasy or oily. This product keeps the frizz in control for a few hours, but by the end of the day or by the next day, the frizz comes back, so I need to use other frizz controlling products during my hair care routine to decrease this rather than this product alone. There is a slight fragrance but this is not noticeable after applying. Ultimately, this works perfectly well as a finishing creme as your final step before leaving the house for a sleek look!

I wanted to love the John Freida Frizz Ease secrets weapon finishing cream product but unfortunately it didn’t do it for me! I tried using it on wet hair after washing my hair before blow drying. And also on dry hair to smooth fly aways. However both times it made my hair feel wiry and not great for days after. I was surprised as I was expecting great results from the brand and product description. Will not be continuing to use or buying again. The price point seems high for a supermarket brand.

The John Frieda frizz ease cream was the perfect finishing step to my hair routine. I have blonde dyed hair that gets heat styled on the daily, so I can often find my hair may be in need of some hydration to de-frizz my hair after blow drying. This finishing cream was lovely, smells luxurious on your strands! I used this after my hair was dry and done to smooth out any flyaways or fluffy parts of my ends. It really helped to tame those annoying pieces of hair and make my overall look more refined. My only recommendation if you have thinner, or oilier prone hair is to just use tiny amounts of product as a time and only add little bits when needed as it can get quite thick on the hair when too much is applied.

I don't have too many flyaways or frizz, but have found the John Frieda Frizz Ease® Secret Weapon® Finishing Crème to be particularly helpful when I have styled my hair and need it to stay for a period of time. You only need to use a small amount each time so this product is great value for money. I would recommend this John Frieda Frizz Ease® Secret Weapon® Finishing Crème!

I have trialled this product for the past few weeks and have found it to do an okay job! I applied it to dry hair a few hours after my shower and have noticed a major reduction in my split ends and flyaways! I didn’t have too much frizz to begin with, but I had the product in after rain and it helped keep my hair straighter and sleeker compared to usual! I will defiantly be repurchasing this product for special occasions, but I wouldn’t use it on a day to day basis, unless there’s a chance of rain!

I was super excited to be able to try the John Frieda Frizz Ease Secret Weapon Finishing Crème. I have been bleaching my hair for a long time and it has definitely dried out and broken my hair over the years. I have constant little flyaways and frizz no matter how I wear my hair. This product was great and helped to eliminate the fluffy flyaways especially when I was leaving the house in the morning or out and about. Easy to use by rubbing a small amount into dry hair concentrating on the ends. It worked well in my hair and made it look instantly better and gave a nice flawless shiny finish. I keep it in my bag with me all the time now so I can apply whenever I need it. Highly recommend and I will be purchasing more as it’s now my new hairs secret weapon.

This product does exactly what it says. It smooths the frizz and flyways and it worked well for me. I used the product after styling. The product is easy to apply to the hair and you only need a tiny bit. Value for money as you only need a small amount. The product smoothed down my frizz, I have a bit of frizz at the front part of my hair and it worked well at smoothing it down. It all seemed to last for pretty much all of the day. I liked the product, I recommend it if you do have some frizz after styling. It does leave nice and smooth.

I used the Frizz Ease Secret Weapon Finishing Creme on dry hair and damp hair just out of the shower and I found both worked quite well. It’s quite a creamy formula, so I started off using it quite sparingly. On dry hair I used a small dollop and smoothed it along the lengths of my hair - on damp hair I was a bit more generous with my application. While it doesn’t get rid of all the frizz, it definitely makes my hair smoother and defines my waves/curls a bit better too. This definitely does what it promises as a finishing creme - my only issue is that there are so many products on the market these days, and I would’ve liked a little more from this one. I probably wouldn’t use this product long term, as there are others out there which reduce the frizz, with the added benefit of repairing and protecting your hair.

This product certainly doesn't get rid of all of your frizz and flyaways, however it definetly makes a noticeable difference, my hair is not as frizzy. It is more smooth, flat, and moist after I apply it on my hair. I use it after I spray my hair with the repair and heat protect spray from John Frieda, before I go out. It smells nice and has a very pale purple, soft, creamy texture. I recommend it as a quick fix that you can bring with you on the go and a nice treat for your hair - it is a need for your hair care routine

My hair is one of my best accessories, however frizz and I are in a constant battle. This product is brilliant for that. It helps me tame the frizz and stop flyaways and leaves my hair shiny and moisturised. I apply a small amount of cream to my hair from mid-length to ends after styling. If I have find myself having to rebrush my hair throughout the day I also reapply the finishing cream, regular touch ups also helpful for a particularly humid environment.  It doesn’t always get all the frizz, but it’s the best product I’ve found that actually works so far.

Best thing for flyaways. It doesn't weigh down the roots like so many other products do, but really smoothes the flyaways at your parting and also all the way down the lengths of your hair.  It is a handy size to have in your bag, and I use it almost every time after I have straightened my hair.

I WANT to give this 5 stars so damn badly. It is the ONLY product, cheap or expensive, that truly tames the frizzies.  I have curly, fairly long, very fine hair and there is a heck of a lot of it. This is the only thing that has really worked to smooth it down when it’s humid or if it’s decided to dry frizzier than usual. It works so well and doesn’t leave me greasy.  That being said, I can’t give it 5 stars as it is not paraben free and this is especially not good for long term use on dry/frizzy/curly hair.  If this were free of the detrimental ingredients I am forever trying to avoid, it would be a 6 star! That being said, it works way too well to give up completely. Give it a go if nothing else has worked for you either :)

I love this "Secret weapon". It is very easy to use and a little bit goes a long way. I have thin, curly, unruly hair and it's perfect to use everyday to maintain my frizz! Similar to the rest of the products in this range, there is a scent, but it isn't too overpowering. I would recommend this secret weapon for those who want to control their frizz and flyaways without the product making your hair oily or greasy.

I finally have a go to product to actually tame my fly away hair properly, it lasts at least half of my hectic day, which is so much better than the drawer of half used products that I have tried before which last under 1 hour. It smells great, feels great and delivers on its promise. To tame my frizz.

I adore john freida products and cant live without john freida frizz ease and shampoo and conditioner for brunettes. I had to try this finishing creme and so glas I did. this leaves my hair frizz free every time and styles it super sleek and smooth. This product hydrates my hair and no more fly aways, damp and humid weather no longer affect my hair when I use this product, a huge bonus. I have thick hair that i straighten so I need a high quality product and this creme does an amazing job.great value as you only need a small amount, easy to use just smooth on and style, it doesnt weight hair down or look greasy. Another high quality john freida product i cant live without. I highly recommend this
