Selena Gomez wears *this* exact Miley Cyrus-backed fake tan

The girlies are supporting each other

July 10 2023

Selena Gomez endorsing a beauty product that isn't from her own line is — just to keep things on brand — rare. Unless of course said product ticks two very important boxes. The first? It genuinely slays. And the second? Her famous friend Miley Cyrus is an investor in the company.

So when the Only Murders In The Building actress shared a selfie to her 425 million Instagram followers giving the self-tanner brand Dolce Glow a shoutout, it didn't seem quite so rare after all.

We're just thankful Gomez isn't one to gatekeep because after seeing her deep, natural tan we're itching to get our sun-deprived hands on a bottle.

As for the incredible holiday she's hinting at taking with this new glow? Well, that one mightn't be as easy to secure.

What do we know about Selena's go-to fake tan?

For starters, it was founded by Isabel Alysa, who ran a spray tanning business with an impressive list of clientele that included Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and you guessed it, Miley Cyrus. Just this year, Cyrus announced her partnership with the brand as she became an investor.

A savvy business deal that came with an equally savvy Instagram caption to align with the announcement: "I can buy myself tanner…. Get that Endless Summer Vacation glow," she wrote. Be careful, it's catchy.

Whether you're a tanning mousse enthusiast, a lotion lover or you prefer a mist, Dolce Glow's range has all basis covered.

If you're asking us, we're most excited to try the Lusso Self-Tanning Mousse ($79 at Dolce Glow).

And you want to know something no one saw coming? The brand ship directly to Australia! Is it too far-fetched to think that Miley's time spent in Byron Bay played a role in this? Eh, we're going to run with that...
