Cole Sprouse was in his bowl cut era when he lost his virginity

“So cringey”

Cole Sprouse recently stopped by the Call Her Daddy podcast.

During his interview with host Alex Cooper, the ex-Disney star shared how, and more alarmingly when, he lost his virginity.

During the episode, Cooper laid into Sprouse about his bowl cut era on The Suite Life Of Zack And Cody saying, “I remember watching the show and being like so obsessed with you guys and then I got a tiny bit older, and I was like they need to cut their f***ing hair.”

“Yeah, you were f***ing right. I wish you would have just sat us down and been like ‘dude get off this thing’,” laughed Sprouse.

Sprouse then took the opportunity to segue into the story about how he lost his virginity in his very early teens — relevant because it was during his ‘bowl cut era’, evidently.

“Well, you wanna hear about how I lost my virginity?,” he joked. “I was 14 when I lost my virginity, so this is still bowl cut guy — [I hope] you guys are getting the visual.”

“I was on a family trip in Florida and I met this girl who was older, so that’s already dubious,” he went on to say. “All my buddies had already lost their virginity at this point, and I was 14, so that says another thing.”

“This is actually making me nervous, it's so cringey,” he said as he writhed in his chair.

“I knocked on her hotel door, and she came out, and we went down to the beach, and we were on some chaise lounges,” he explained. “I looked at her, and my heart was beating, and I finally mustered up enough courage to deliver a line that my brother is never ever [going to let go of].”

“I looked at her and I was like ‘so uhh, are you like DTF?’,” he said, imitating the high-pitched tone of a 14-year-old boy. “She goes ‘what?’, and I go ‘you know, down to f***’. I was 14 okay?” he continued, laughing at himself. “She looked at me and she was like ‘hmmph sure’.”

“I look back now, and it’s so funny,” he explained. “I texted my brother and my buddy Charlie — we were all staying in the same hotel room because we were f***ing 14 — I was like ‘dude, gotta get out of the room, I’ve got a girl coming over, like you’ve gotta get out of the room dude’.”

“I’ve got my arm around this girl, walking down the hall [of the hotel] and I see my brother and Charlie coming, walking towards me,” he continued. “As we pass each other my brother just looks at me, and he goes ‘what the f*** are we supposed to do?’.”

“I looked at him and I said another line that he’s never forgiven me for,” laughed Sprouse. “I was like ‘I don’t know, go play chess or something’.”

Once they were in the hotel room, Sprouse admitted the deed “lasted about 20 seconds”.

“I never talked to her again,” he confessed to Cooper. “After that I became truly a serial monogamist.”

Understandably, the public’s response following the podcast has been less focused on drilling Sprouse for his choice of haircut — many of the Riverdale stars' horrified fans have pointed out the glaringly obvious fact that Sprouse was under the legal age of consent when the act occurred.

Sprouse hasn’t shared the age of the girl in question, but his confession has led many to question if he was the target of grooming, given the child star’s high profile at the time.

Sprouse isn’t the only Riverdale star making public confessions. Ex-girlfriend Lili Reinhart got real about body image in a candid confession to her fans.
