Jennifer Lopez’s It’s My Party: The Live Celebration tour kicks off in just two weeks and as expected, she’s in full-blown preparation mode with rehearsals and, of course, upping the ante on her fitness regimen to ensure her body is ready for the stage.
J.Lo has always been known for her bangin’ bod but can we just say, in the final countdown before her upcoming show, she has taken her fitness completely next-level.

Seriously! The 49-year old has got abs for DAYS. Just look at that definition.
So we were pretty excited when she took to Instagram Stories to share a little snippet of her workout.
By the looks of things, J.Lo is performing a weighted straight-arm pull-down to give her lats a solid workout. But of course, J.Lo being J.Lo, she’s gone one better and is also positioned in a mini-squat to load her legs and glutes to get a solid multiple-muscle burn with one move.
No wonder she’s captioned the video “calling in sore tomorrow”.
And the superstar singer never stops. Just hours later, J.Lo shared snaps from her first day of the full show run-through, saying:
“Two weeks before opening night. So excited. Also you know, nervous, scared that we’re going to get it all done. But, DO NOT WORRY… I am so ready and so is everybody else. Yeah baby, it’s going to be a party.”
