Works really well!

My hair definitely qualifies as dull and porous so I was keen to give this a try. After using all the other products in the range, my long, bleached hair was already looking and feeling smoother than it usually does before I'd even applied it. This product went on nice and easily and a little definitely went a long way. With my hair being so dry, it suited me perfectly and the end result was definitely added shininess without a feeling of oiliness. The scent was also appealing, like others in the range. Overall, I am a big fan, feel it does offer good value for money and would definitely purchase it again.

Love the scent!

I'm a huge fan of leave in serums. After every hair wash, I will always apply one. I find it tames my frizz, makes my hair smoother and shinier as well. Recently I've been trialing L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Leave-in Serum and I've been loving it! Not only is the scent amazing but it actually does the job. I apply about a $1 size amount to the palm of my hand and run through my hair focusing on the ends. I then comb it through with a brush to dispense the product evenly. It helps detangle my hair making it easier to brush through. I've also noticed it has been softening it, making it shiner and bringing the life back to my hair. I highly reccomend this product!

Decent product.

It has a great smell but a runny consistency. After using, my hair looked shiny and felt nice but made my hair feel a bit heavy. The bottle says two pumps but im going to try again with one pump to see if it makes any difference. It does have glitter in it so if you arent going for that look i wouldnt recommend. Other than making my hair look shiny, it didnt make any difference to my hairs condition overall but i am going to continue to use it to see if it just takes more time to work better. Other than that i would reccomend if you are just looking for a serum to make your hair look good but there are better serums for way cheaper that work alot better.

Smells great and works well

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this leave-in. The chunky looking glitter made it look a little gimmicky and I’m usually quite disappointed with leave-ins because my hair refuses to be tamed, but I do feel like it controlled my frizzy hair quite well and added a really lovely fragrance to my hair. I would say this didn’t add too much weight or stickiness either, it was a nice soft cast on my waves. I would say this pairs so well with the other products in the range and compliments them nicely.

Glittery in all the wrong ways

I received the Glycolic Gloss Haircare routine as part of a trial and whist I loved the products individually, their scent, consistency and packaging are great on their own. I did find however that using the products as directed left my hair greasy, my scalp feeling thick and my hair showing signs of buildup and caking. The shampoo is quite thick and does lather well however it does take some work to do so The conditioner has a fine consistency but the amount received in the bottle is not comparable to shampoo meaning you run out of it much quicker The hair treatment is the only product I found I loved and would probably repurchase as used with other shampoo and conditioner it does leave the desired results and makes my hair shiny and easy to manage Finally the serum was a bit confusing as it initially appears as if the bottle is glittery however on use of the product the glitter is contained in the product itself, I would have loved this had there been any pay off of this glitter into the hair however it dissolves in the hair but never off the hands and only adds an oily, not shiny, look to the finished product once styled. I’m sure this product would be amazing for those with dry and dull hair however it was simply not for me.

Not bad

I'd say my experience with the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Leave-in Serum was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, I appreciated its pleasant scent and the subtle pearlescent effect it left on my hair, adding a touch of glossiness that I found quite appealing. However, I couldn't ignore the fact that it seemed to weigh my hair down, giving it a somewhat limp and clumpy feel at times, which wasn't exactly the look I was going for. Despite having short hair and using just a small amount of the product as recommended, I still felt like it flattened my hair more than I would have liked. In terms of application, the pump dispenser made it convenient to use, although like others, I found it a bit challenging to control the amount of product dispensed, leading to either too little or too much being applied. Additionally, the presence of glitter in the serum, while not a deal-breaker for me, felt unnecessary and added to the mixed texture experience.

MUST TRY FOR DULL, FRIZZY HAIR!

I'm a big fan of leave-in serums, and the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss did not disappoint! Applying it to damp hair was a breeze, and brushing through was smooth and easy. After blow-drying, I was thrilled with the results. The subtle glitter wasn't too noticeable but added a nice finishing touch that enhanced the overall look of my hair. My hair felt soft and looked fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of using this product. The shine and bounce it gave to my hair were remarkable, and I noticed a significant improvement in the texture and appearance. The entire L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss range worked wonders together, complementing each other perfectly to give me the best results. Each product in the range contributed to the overall effect, making my hair shiny, bouncy, and healthy-looking. The synergy between them was evident, and using them as a set provided a noticeable difference compared to using just one product. The ease of application and the impressive outcomes make the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss range a worthwhile purchase. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a leave-in serum that delivers on its promises. The simple application process and the visible improvements in hair quality make it a standout choice. If you're aiming for shinier, bouncier, and healthier-looking hair with minimal effort, this range is definitely worth trying. I'm delighted with the results and will certainly be repurchasing it.

It's alright?

I think out of the whole 4-step process, this is probably the one that I could do without. Pros are that it smells good and it leaves a pretty little pearlescent effect on my hair adding to the glossiness. Cons are that it weighed my hair down. It felt like I had hair gel on and at times it made my hair a bit clumpy. I have short hair so I didnt need to use much (one pump was enough) but it made my hair so flat. Might be a product that would be better used if you had longer hair but for me, I think it's a pass.

It’s a no from me

Horrible, cheap product. The recommended amount to use is 2 drops but it’s a pump dispense so impossible to measure drops….you either get not enough product or way too much. There are chunks of glitter floating around in it, which made it look cheap and gimmicky. I have fine, long hair. I applied to damp, clean hair and it made my hair feel and look so incredibly dirty and full of product that I had to wash it again after applying. Absolutely no shine or gloss like it claims, my hair looked limp and oily. Would not recommended!

Greasy

Thank you for the opportunity to trial the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Gloss leave in serum. The product comes in stylish and pretty packaging which looks great in my bathroom. I didn't like how much glitter this contained. I also felt it was quite runny and not a pleasant consistency. It smelt beautiful and my hair looked a bit shinier. However I feel my hair was left greasy afterwards. It really put me off using it again as I didn't like the feeling. I would not recommend this product. I felt after using the conditioner I had good results and felt this step was unnecessary.

I’m glad i gave it a try

After using all four products and having a good experience over all I was excited for the shimmer aspect of the serum I loved this bottle ! It was easy to use product smelled great . I felt like although the other products were great for my long wavy hair this one I felt like I could have used more of it ! So didn’t go as fair as the other products I noticed a shimmer but nothing that I was amazed about . I also like the other products noticed it wear off a day after use. I enjoyed the overall experience of using this entire range and I will probably use the shampoo and conditioner again but for someone who works long outs and my routine is quite quick in the mornings the additional two products draw out my getting ready routine in the morning which I like to keep short and simple

best my hair has ever looked!

this serum was my holy grail within the product range - I absolutely adored it. i disagree with some reviews that say its a chunky glitter. I'll admit it looks scary when you pump it out onto your hands, but in your hair it gives an incredible shine and glossiness that I have never been able to achieve with another product. (bonus points for making my hair smell like peaches!) I have frizzy (but also oily) hair and I felt like this serum did a good job of making sure my flyaways stayed in place without becoming stiff with excess oil. overall, this product has made my hair look so much more healthier, smoother and glossy in just a few weeks! I'm very happy :)

Great Product

I love my leave in serums and this product did not disappoint! It was easy to apply to my damp hair and brush through. I blow dried my hair and I loved the results! The glitter isn't that noticeable once your hair is dry but it does leave a nice finishing touch to your hair. My hair felt and looked amazing and I really enjoyed using this product. I found that while using the L'Oreal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss range my hair was shiny and bouncy and looked amazing. The products all paired together really nicely and is definitely worth purchasing.

Loved it!

I recently tried the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Leave-in Serum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. As someone who struggles with dry, lacklustre hair, finding a product that can deliver real shine and smoothness is always a challenge. This serum, however, exceeded my expectations and left my hair feeling incredibly smooth and looking beautifully glossy. The 14% gloss complex with glycolic acid worked wonders, sealing my cuticles and enhancing the natural light reflection of my hair. After applying a small amount to my damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends, I noticed an immediate improvement. My hair felt softer and looked shinier without any greasy residue, which is a significant plus for any leave-in product. The versatility of the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Leave-in Serum is another standout feature. It works well on all hair types, whether curly, bleached, or straight, making it a go-to product for anyone looking to enhance their hair's health and appearance. I found it particularly useful on my wavy hair, both when used on damp hair after washing and on dry hair to tame flyaways. The lightweight formula and pleasant scent add to its appeal, making it a joy to use. Over time, I noticed my hair not only looked shinier but also felt stronger and more resilient. This serum has become a staple in my hair care routine, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking smooth, glossy, and healthy-looking hair.

Lovely and glossy!

I was very excited to try this range as I'm always looking to bring some shine to my hair.  This is the last step in the range and to be used after shampooing, conditioning, and laminating your hair. It can be used on wet or dry hair, though I prefer to use to while the hair is still slightly damp (I feel like this allows the product to be absorbed better by the hair) Feel like this left my hair feeling very smooth and soft - there was definitely a noticeable difference pre and post wash using the products in this range! This leave-in serum is step four of the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic range - I would strongly suggest using this alongside the other three products in the range to get best results!

Love this entire combo!

I have noticed a huge difference the first time using all the products as recommended. The sparkly pinky pearly texture of the solution just gives girly pop vibes! So adorably and cute! The entire ranges packaging definitely suites the solution since all the products have similar sparkly textures, except the conditioner. The packaging gives 2000’s girly vibes. It’s pretty and cute! It’s not a large package so I don’t know if it’s worth the price tag. This is the smallest product in the range but you also don’t have to use a lot of it since it’s a leave-in and styling product. The 4 step process is long but the serum is the quickest step! I didn’t use much of the serum since I have short hair. It did not dry my curls our or leave an cakey/waxy residue. It left my hair so soft and I had a lot of compliments about it. I didn’t use my other hair products after using this as I wanted to see the full effects of the serum and I’m really surprised about the end result!

Smells good

Hmmm I’m not sure what to say about this product, not bad not good?! I’ve been using it as part of the whole L’Oréal glycolic range so I feel as though I can’t decide if it actually does anything. I like running a serum through my hair as part of self care but I don’t think my hair would miss this product if I didn’t have it. I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it. It does smell lovely, much the same as the rest of the range. The product looks very pretty in the bottle and looks glittery but I don’t think it makes my hair glossy and glittery maybe just a bit oily

Serum is a game-changer

L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Leave-in Serum is a game-changer! This serum has transformed my hair, leaving it unbelievably smooth and shiny. The glycolic acid works wonders, leaving my locks feeling revitalized and healthier than ever. Plus, the lightweight formula is a dream to apply, never weighing down my hair. Say hello to your new go-to for glossy, salon-worthy hair every day! What I love most about this serum is its versatility. Not only does it provide exceptional shine and manageability, but it also acts as a protective barrier against environmental stressors and heat damage.

Silky smooth but weighs hair down

After a few weeks of using the lore elvive glycolic leave in serum, I found it really weighted down my hair. It also created a reaction on my scalp, potentially due to the oils in the products. I have thick coloured hair and it definetly felt nice after washing. Although a few days after it felt heavy and oily. It did leave my hair very shiny especially alongside with other loreal elvive glycolic products. It did have a nice smell and packaging was rather nice. I didn't notice that some of the ingredients of the range include water insoluble silicones, which I tend to stay away from due to potential build up after filing the hair and then sometimes leaving the hair feeling lack lustre or damaged. I think this range really would potentially suit those who have curly hair or want their hair noticeably silky smooth, don't have issues with products that weight down the hair or oils. I myself won't continue to use this product due to the heaviness that it leaves on my hair, but suggest it's worth a try.
