Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C Super Serum

I have used the mist version of the Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C before and loved it. So when I found out that there was a serum version available, that got me excited! It is basically the concentrated version of the mist. The product itself is a great combination for anti-aging and acne-prone skin. Vitamin C is an anti-oxidant so that can help with cell damage and skin brightening; Niacinamide or Vitamin B3 can reduce post-inflammatory, hyper-pigmentation acne and fine lines, tighten pores and uneven skin tones. My skin feels more radiant and glowing after using it. A serum is always better for the skin and it applies on so well.

I am obsessed. I fell in love with the range because there is literally something for every purpose. Lately, I have been experiencing dried out skin with the weather changes and lifestyle changes, I have also just returned from overseas travel and have been in hotel quarantine for 2 weeks now – so the plane time coupled with time in a room with minimal fresh air or sunlight has really done a number on my skin. Anticipating this though, I packed my Olay Niacinamide + Hyaluronic Super Serum and I’ve been relying on it to hydrate and moisturise my skin – and using it every day means it’s been helping with dryness and dehydration very quickly. It's a big yes for me!

I love olay products so much and this is a real winner for me. This serum really brightens my skin noticeably. The vitamin c as an antioxidant is amazing and I find the longer I use this the more even my skin tone becomes. It’s easy to use and super hydrating, locking in moisture for a more youthful appearance, helping to plump fine lines. My skin can sometimes appear dull and look a bit tired, when I use this product my skin looks visibly brighter and fresher, I don’t look so tired. I adore this and can’t speak highly enough of it. I feel it’s great value as it lasts a long time and it’s great for sensitive skin. A great product I would highly recommend

I am all about a serum that brightens my skin and gives me a GLOW from within. The Olay Super Serum Vitamin C is doing just that for my skin. It absorbs super quick into the skin and never feels greasy. I find that the more I am using it the more even my skin tone has become. I use to have different tones on my face and they seem so much more even which is amazing. I also love the fact that Vitamin C is an antioxidant and I'm using this on my skin. My skin looks so bright and light. I am really looking forward to keep continuing to use this product everyday

The Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C Super Serum is really nicely fragranced and light on the skin. I have enjoyed using it as it soaks in quickly and doesn’t seem to leave any residue. The bottle was a bit confusing to use the first time around but once figured out was all good. I have been using it as recommended, twice a day and my skin appears to look a bit brighter but it hasn’t done anything for my acne at this point. I would buy it to see if after some more time it helps with my acne or scarring as I do enjoy using it. I would also recommend to friends and family.

I've been using expensive serums and in particular, a super expensive vitamin C serum from a competitive luxury brand. I have to say, this exceeded my expectations. I switched out from using a complicated skincare routine (with a mixture of vitamin A, Retinoids, and vitamin C serum) to just this, and moisturiser. The first thing I noticed is that the bottle seems really expensive and luxurious. The pump / dropper design is what I would expect from a more expensive brand. It was easy to open and use (and actually quite fun). The smell of this serum is really nice, a very clean fragrance that isn't overwhelming. It was lightweight and absorbed very well, although I think one pump of serum was enough for me, otherwise it felt a tad sticky. In comparison to my more expensive vitamin C serum this was about the only negative different - it seemed to leave a slight residue but absorbed within 10 minutes. I also noticed after about a week that my skin seemed much less red than normal. I struggle with redness and blotchy skin at the best of times, and this noticeably helped. My skin is definitely more dewy and hydrated. I've had people actually tell me how nice my skin looks - which is a win! Overall I couldn't recommend this product more and it will become my new Vitamin C serum for sure.

I love this product! I haven't tried a lot of olay products, I always assumed they were for more mature skin, but now I want to try more! The packaging is great, I love the dropper as it helps get just the right amount of product for your face. The scent is mild and nice smelling (my husband liked it too) and the serum is super nourishing. I was having issues with my skin being super dry and flakey (thank you summer sun!) and within the first use my skin soaked it up and was glowy and soft - highly recommend.

I am going to start by saying that usually I hated serum because my face never absorbed it properly so I was left with greasy skin and no clear results. After reviewing some comments on the product, I decided to give serum one last opportunity and I can't be happier. I have been taking the pill for a long time and that affected my face a lot... One of the most annoying thing was seeing dark patches on certain areas as well as extremely dry skin. With this product, in just 2 weeks I have felt my skin revitalizing, it feels softer, I have seen a bit of progress on the dark areas getting lighter, not much but it is definitely helping and I can use it during the day without the greasy feeling and at night without worrying about having to wash my pillow case the next day cause I spread it all over it (lol!) Definitely recommend it!

This Olay Luminous Niacinamide + Vitamin C Super Serum was a delight to use. I have combo skin and it feels light and fresh on my face and makes my skin look hydrated and luminous. The serum absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling greasy and looks great under make up. The formula is very thin and a little goes a long way which I appreciate with skincare. The Vitamin C is gentle enough to use every day and doesn’t dry my skin out (like other serums can). I also love the addition of the niacinamide to help with texture, appearance of pores, and to help balance oil production. The glass bottle has a nice weight to it and feels very luxe. The design of the applicator/dropper is very convenient to use and would be perfect for travelling. I do try to avoid products containing sulphates, parabens, phthalates, petrolatum and mineral oils as my skin can be a little temperamental so I love that this serum has been formulated without these ingredients. The reason why I have given this serum 4 stars and not 5 is because of the fragrance. I find the scent of this serum a little too strong for my liking and would prefer a fragrance-free formula. Since I’ve been using the serum, I have noticed a slight reduction in the appearance of dark spots on my face. My skin looks more radiant and the texture looks smoother thanks to the addition of niacinamide. I’ve enjoyed this serum and will continue to use the product in my skincare regime. I would absolutely recommend this product to friends and family.

Love this Olay Niacinamide + Vitamin C Super Serum. It's a great effective serum! The size of the bottle in 30ml it's just nice in size. The design of the bottle it's not too big nor small. Just nice for my small hand palm to hold it and twist open the top. The bottle it's very pretty and eye catching with the metallic white pearl. Looks great for display. The serum itself it's light and almost watery texture in white color which makes it easily absorb into my skin. Use 2 pumps twice a day it's all you need after cleansing and toning and apply it on before moisturizer. After using this for quite a while now I notice my dark spot lighten up and my skin it's radiant and I feel much confident without much makeup coverage now when I need to go out. Will continue to purchase this serum as I can see great result .

I have really enjoyed using this product. First of all the packaging is great! As you twist the top off the dispensing button pops up whilst drawing in just the right amount of product then you press the button down to dispense into your hand. I have to admit when I first saw how you have to place the long dispenser back into the thin neck of the bottle that it would cause a big mess around the neck of the bottle but that has not happened. The texture is light and refreshing as it absorbs into my skin leaving it feeling plump and hydrated without being greasy or sticky. Some products cause initial redness as I'm rubbing them in where as this product did not and I have also noticed that my usual redness is diminishing with the use of this product. I will continue to use this product for that fact alone

The Olay Niacinamide & Vitamin C Super Serum is a lovely hydrating and brightening serum. I have dry sensitive skin and experienced no irritation with this product. I really enjoyed the feel of this serum, it’s hydrating without feeling heavy and I did feel it made my skin feel smoother and possibly a touch brighter. I did not notice any improvements in the overall look of my skin and there were no improvements to pigmentation or dark spots. In my opinion the price point of $60 isn’t worth the results so I would choose other serums over repurchasing this one. In saying that I will continue using this serum every morning until it is finished. I have only been using it for 3 weeks so it is possible more results may appear over time.

The product boasts the Olay signature scent and is a light weight serum. Great for those who want to add vitamin C to their skincare routine but is worried about any sensitivities and allergies - this one is gentle! Would recommend to apply following your toner and water-based serums but ensure that you follow with more moisturising products, as this won't be enough. The packaging itself is quite luxurious but mimics the original design of Lancome's Advanced Genifique with the droplet nozzle that captures product when you begin to unscrew the top.

I was really pleasantly surprised with this serum. Having never really used Olay products on a regular basis I wasn’t sure what to expect. Also the product is fragranced -which concerned me slightly as I seem to have a correlation between fragrance and irritation with face products. however this was not the case with this impressive super serum! The serum is lightweight with a smooth like texture and glides onto the skin with ease. The formulation was perfect, it was able to absorb quickly onto my skin without feeling like it was too lightweight and I needed more / but also wasn’t too greasy that I couldn’t add any products on top. I literally had moisturiser, sun cream and a light eye cream on top without any issue. My skin has overall felt more plump, hydrated, bright and generally healthier since using this product. Everything you would expect from a vitamin C serum! Would definitely recommend this product and can easily be added into a well established routine!

I really love Olay products, and am a super fan of Vitamin C skincare! The pump serum bottle is pretty unique, and was great for getting the perfect amount of product on. The fragrance reminded me mostly of sunscreen but the smell wasn't noticeable at all when the product was on my skin. I really saw a difference in my skin when using this product. Not just in how dewy it felt and looked, but especially in evening out my skin tone. I noticed within a week of using that my dark spots had faded really nicely, and my skin just looked way more even! I had some dark spots on my face and some leftover minor scarring from pimples, was pleasantly surprised to see this product work so quickly in helping these areas get better! I will definitely keep using this product in the future, I was so impressed with the impact it had on dark spots and evening skin tone!

I really enjoyed this product. Firstly lets talk about the packaging, beautiful! Very luxe and expensive looking little bottle. Very nice. The product smelt lovely, was extremely light and definitely not greasy at all. After a few weeks of using this product it did brighten my face and dark spots very slightly, but wasn't a dramatic change. This product didn't irritate my skin and was very hydrating. I would have loved for this product to be a little thicker though, I love a thick serum, but other than that, it was a lovely product.

This product is super hydrating. Makes my skin feel soft and makes my makeup go on smoother around my eyes. I saw a reduction in my dark circles from the very first use. My face looks more younger because of how hydrating it is. I really like the bottle design, its very innovative. I have noticed a reduction in the fine lines around my eyes. I used the serum in the morning and then in the evening as a rehydrate. The Olay Niacinamide Super Serum absorbed into my skin perfectly and left no greasy residue feeling. I would definitely buy this product.

I have combination (oily/dehydrated) skin prone to breakouts. I have been using this product in the morning after washing my face with a salicylic acid based cleanser and before a moisturizer, followed by sunscreen. I was excited to use this serum because the dropper/dispenser was so innovative. When you unscrew the lid, some mechanism inside it sucks up the right amount of serum required for my face. So clever. Anyway, you wouldn’t get the serum just for the dispenser. I am not a fan of scented products, as it could cause my skin to react and then I have to start ruling out what products I have been using that has caused this. And the 1st product I start eliminating is usually the 1 which contains fragrance. My thought is that if an ingredient it is not required and may cause issues, then why include it. I would have been more likely to purchase this product if it was fragrance free. The product itself left my skin feeling well hydrated & left a healthy glow. As to brightening or lightening hyperpigmentation, as the key ingredients is known for, I haven’t used this product long enough to see that. I will continue to use this product, and hopefully by the end of it, there will be some visible results.

I love this serum, It definitely does brighten and moisturise. If you were in a rush and didn't want to bother with makeup and a heavy moisturiser then I would use this. I also used this along with the Olay mist spray that goes on before this step. I didn't mind the smell as most vitamin C serums have a strong fragrance. I would recommend using this at night so that you can sleep and wake up with glowing skin the next morning. Would be interesting to use it with other Olay products. I love Olay's products, they are high in quality and I love how they really know skincare. This serum comes in a really nice tube, it looks really nice and luxe. It is easy to press to get some serum out. The serum also glides really easily onto my skin and I only need one pump to cover my entire face. I wait until the serum is absorbed into my skin and then I apply on my usual moisturiser. My skin is left feeling really hydrated and nourished. My skin looks a little brighter and my skin does not look as dull as it was prior to applying this serum on. I look more awake which is really good. It also feels good.
