“I love food and I love trying different cuisines and eating the local cuisine when I’m away,” says Steph.
And it seems the Australian model swears by pretty standard breakfast fare (no wild smoothies with 20 ingredients here!), saying her go-to brekky is fruit, yoghurt and a boiled egg or omelette.
“Then for the rest of the day I play it by ear. Most important thing is that I don’t get hung up on being slightly off routine when it comes to my diet as there [are] things you can’t control and it’s not worth stressing over,” she says.
Good advice, Steph.
