The 2026 Golden Globes delivered an awful lot of great hair moments, like Jessie Buckley's micro bob, Brittany Snow's undone pony, and Leighton Meester's effortless updo

But one of our favourite hair-related red carpet moments was actually Emma Stone's signature auburn colour, which her colourist Tracey Cunningham refreshed especially for the awards show. Ahead Cunningham breaks down how she achieved the rich shade, and Mara Roszak (Stone's hairstylist) shares the products she used to give the Bugonia actress' hair body on the red carpet.

"Impossible to miss: Emma Stone at the Golden Globes — nominated for her bold, fearless performance in Bugonia, a role that’s smart, daring, and completely captivating. She continues to redefine what it means to lead with intelligence, edge, and artistry," Cunningham shared via Instagram.

"Honoured to colour Emma’s colour for the for all her movies and last night. I used Schwarzkopf IGORA Vibrance for rich tone and high-gloss shine, then added ⅛ oz of Olaplex [No. 3] ($43.19 from Oz Hair & Beauty) directly into the Vibrance on the ends to keep the hair strong, healthy, and luminous under the lights,' she explained. "We shampooed and conditioned with Olaplex No. 4 & No. 5 for fine hair ($97 from Adore Beauty). An iconic look made possible by an incredible team."

"Effortless Emma in her bob era for the Golden Globes: To get the look, I used Milk Hair Serum ($88.05 from Revolve) to prep the hair, followed by Air Thickening Spray ($66.04 from Revolve) for airy movement, texture, body and light hold," dished Roszak. "I finished off with Evergreen Style Cream ($54.19 from Revolve) through the ends to define and shape."

After a rich brunette shade instead? Hailey Bieber’s colourist spilled her exact glossy brunette blend.
