Eau Thermale Avène Essential Care Cleansing Foam

This is a self-foaming face cleanser from Avene that is marketed for normal, combination or sensitive skin. It is made in France and comes in a 150ml cylindrical pump packaging with a cap. It is safe to use around the eyes. The pump dispenses a soft airy foam, and it's very convenient and saves time lathering - great for busy mornings. Like other Avene products, this does have quite a bit of fragrance. It rinses clean, and even though it wasn't completely stripping, it still felt more drying than the gel cleanser that I had been using I would say that this cleanser would suit normal to oilier skin types, and perhaps isn't the best for my dehydrated combination skin. I found that I had to pack on an extra layer of moisturiser after. I will use it up over the summer months but won't repurchase.
