Garnier Skin Naturals Pure Active 3 in 1

I rate this product very highly. I have been using it on and off for quite some time (i like to give my face a change and mix things up a bit) and every time i use it i notice a difference. Skin feels clearer, less blackheads, and skin feels more smooth. I only use it as a scrub not as a mask. I do not find it harsh on the skin.

The Pure Active 3 in 1 face wash, scrub and mask from Garnier is meant to purify, exfoliate and mattify the skin. It contains such fabulous ingredients as eucalyptus extract, zinc and salicylic acid, pumice stone and white clay. I really like using it as a facial wash after a workout at the gym as I feel it does a great job getting rid of all the oil and sweat that will clog up my pores. The pumice stone particles do a great job of scrubbing all those dead skin cells away. This wash leaves my skin feeling very clean, fresh and looking more matte.  Pros: - great price - good size - leaves my skin looking and feeling clean - great for acne prone skin

I was recommended to try this to help with oily skin. I love this product because it is the closest feeling to having a facial in a spa. It has a refreshing scent and leaves my face very clean with a great scrub. I like the tingling refreshing feeling once washed off.

I used this years ago while I was in the throes of a frustrating acne breakout, and before I learned more about skin care ingredients and how they worked. I saw salicylic acid and zinc included and was swayed by the idea of a 3-in-1 product, that I jumped on it with high expectations. I landed with a crash when I realised my skin absolutely hated this. It felt tingly and smelled citrusy and left my skin feeling squeaky clean, a sensation some people might call 'fresh' but I call 'red alert' because my skin turned quite literally, red. I hated using this, but I persisted, because I'd heard how my skin might get worse before it improved. Over a month in, though, there was no improvement whatsoever, and I realised I had to stop torturing my skin. Immediately upon switching to a more hydrating cleanser, my skin felt better; the breakout didn't disappear, but at least my skin felt good. I didn't like how stripped of moisture this cleanser left my face. I've always been religious about moisturising since I can remember, so moisturising is not an issue, but that tightness pre-moistursing is something I've only felt with old-fashioned bar soaps that are not meant for the face. Now, the 3-in-1 claim is really 2-in-1, because how do you cleanse your face without scrubbing it with those pesky microbeads? I couldn't do it. As a mask, this was really unpleasant to use as it stung more than it tingled and the menthol and synthetic citrus scents were overbearing. Now that I'm aware that my skin is sensitised by menthol and that physical exfoliation is not the best idea, especially with ocean-polluting polyethylene, I am horrified I even tried this. This could be a much better, less harsh product with just the salicylic acid, zinc and clay. As it stands, I would never recommend this to anyone.

This is a good cheap face cleansing product. I found that it is great for a deep cleanse. Easy to find in most department stores. Good for most skin types and easy to use in the shower with a flip top lid. The product lathers nicely and has a slight smell to it but not too over powering.

I like the fact that this product does more than just wash your face. I have oily skin and for under $10 to be able to also this as a mask it has helped me get rid of pimples along my chin line. I find as a scrub it's alittle abrasive on my skin.

I absolutely love garnier products and love that this is a three in one product. This leaves my skin feeling super fresh, clean and hydrated.To wash, scrug and use a mask in one go is a huge bonus as I am time poor with skin care routines and this product draws out impurities and leaves my skin super clean with pores visibly minimised and it minimises breakouts. It is super gentle on my sensitive skin and is quite hydrating. At the price point it is its great value for money and I never use a lot but always achieve great results.I love the pumice stone beads for a deep clean and I love the pleasant fragrance. overall this is a winner for me and I would absolutely recommend this product

Absolutely love this product for controlling an oily t-zone. Using this product on my t-zone over the past few weeks has really helped in controlling the shine on my nose and forehead during the day. This product is great to use every few days as everyday use can be harsh.

I've been using this product for a few weeks now, and highly recommend it for people with breakout-prone skin. I find it convenient to use as a mask every few days, leaving it on for just 10 minutes! It effectively reduces surface oil and helps clear up pimples. 

Absolutely love this product did exactly what it said on the tube. It didn't dry my skin when I used it everyday. As a scrub it left my skin soft and really clean feeling. And for me it visably reducedy oily skin. As a mark it worked well yes it's not my favourite mask but with so many awesome ones on the market it's got competition. All in all it ticked all the boxes and it's all in one tube. As an everyday wash and scrub it's awesome and it's great for feet and knees and elbows pre tan but shhhhh don't tell anyone that's a special little secret ;p this will defiantly be in my holiday bag thanks garnier I love it

Quietly underwhelmed with this one. As a wash I felt it was far too harsh for my skin to remove my makeup with or around my eye area. As a scrub it worked quite well. I used it as a scrub twice a week and it made my skin feel very smooth. I tried using it as a mask and didnt notice much difference in my skin.

This is a product I have used over the years, so I was very excited when Beauty Crew gave me the chance to trial this product again now that I have a true understanding of skin care. I am not a fan of manual scrubs, I personally find that type of exfoliation to abrasive for my skin, however I do like this product as a mask if I want that extra clean feel. I love the creaminess of the texture, it is almost velvety. This doesn't dry down completely which can be a plus because 10 minutes and you are done. This mask leaves my skin feeling very clean and fresh.

I’ve really enjoyed using the Garnier Pure Active 3 in 1. In the weeks that I have been using it, it feels like my skin has been less congested and I haven’t had any new breakouts. My skin seems to react well to it, and has been quite calm and less oily. I enjoy using it as a daily exfoliant as the beads seem to clear out my pores well and leaves it feeling fresh and clean. I really enjoy the scent of the product too! Even though it is advertised as a 3 in 1, I don’t find that it reduces my routine. I would not use it as a first cleanse as it is too harsh to remove makeup, especially around the eye area. I also have masks that I find much more effective. Therefore, I am only using it as a daily scrub. Having said that, the product is very affordable and works well and it does not bother me that it only has one use.

I want to love this product - 3-in-1 - would make life that much easier! But sadly I don't. I have oily /combination skin and so whilst it is on all accounts tailored to my skin type, after using the product for nearly two (2) weeks, my skin was feeling everything but love. After the first use I noticed my skin was extremely dry, like the life had been stripped from it, and this actually made my breakouts so much worse. I also could not stand the smell of the product, may have been 'fresh' but even that isn't pleasant when it is so overpowering. In my second week of trial, I only used the product every 2nd day (alternating between using it as a scrub and mask) hoping that it would be less drying.. it didn't help, it wasn't good for my skin, and I wouldn't recommend it. Perhaps for those with more severe acne/oil build up, but not for me.

Initially I was a bit skeptical about the 3-in-1 claims of this product. As a fashwash/scrub it did work quite well. The exfoliation was quite good, not too harsh but it did the job. As a mask I was slightly underwhelmed. I think I am used to higher end face masks and this just did not compare. With that being said I do think it is a good cheaper option for those on a budget. Unfortunately Garnier continue to test on animals and that is why I was unable to rate this product any higher.

As someone who has problems with T-zone . This product was a lifes aviour. From day one I felt my skin was smoother and less dry I love the versatile  of this product as I was able to use at it a scrub, mask or wash. I did feel that it addressed my concerns and will be using pretty much every day of the week.

From the first wash, I really liked the good exfoliation from the tiny grains. Using an amount of a 5c piece, I found that it was more than enough to give my face a thorough wash. I tend to have really oily skin and found after about 3-4 times using as a facial scrub it noticeably reduced the shininess of my T zone.  Using it as a mask i found it was too harsh on my skin, and left it rather red and little sore after I rinsed it off.  Highly recommended to oily/ combination skin that is prone to breakouts.

I loved using the garnier 3 in 1 cleanser/scrub/mask.  It leaves your skin feeling clean and removes all your makeup well.  It also leaves your skin feeling cool, tingling and refreshed.  My favourite way to use is as a mask. I just chuck it on before I jump in the shower, let it dry then wash it off. Super easy. Only downside is I found it a bit harsh to use everyday as a cleanser and I dont have sensitive skin.

I really enjoyed the idea of this product: 3 in 1! I have been using it regularly for a few weeks now, and my favourite method is the mask by far.  It is a grainy texture, perfect for exfoliation, so I did find that it was a bit too harsh to use daily as a wash. The scrub is much better, but again, I tended to use it a few times a week rather than everyday. It leaves my skin soft and refreshed, reducing oiliness during the day.  The best method was using it as a mask! I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was at deep cleansing my pores when used about once or twice a week. There is a fairly strong scent, which may bother people who prefer non scented face products. But it didn't cause any irritation or breakouts on my sensitive skin.  Overall, a great product. I wouldn't recommend it for every day use as I prefer mild cleaners, but it works well as a mask or scrub. 

The scrub and mask were both amazing! It left me feeling so fresh and clean. The wash didn’t really work but I would still recommend because of how good the scrub and mask were. I took this product with me to Italy where we ate so much pizza and pasta, normally my skin would be breaking out but it has stayed clean and fresh looking. My friends all use this product too now.
