Mavala Switzerland Caress Cleansing Milk

After using the Mavala Caress Toning Lotion  and Micellar Water I just had to add the Mavala Switzerland Caress Cleansing Milk to my growing collection of Mavala products.    I much prefer a cleansing milk over a foaming or gel cleanser because I think a cleansing milk is much gentler on my mature, dry skin and I haven’t been disappointed with this particular product. The velvety cleansing milk is quite cooling and glides effortlessly over my skin.  I apply the cleansing milk with my fingers and gently massage it over my face and neck.  I then remove it with a dampened makeup remover towel before following up with a cotton pad soaked in the Mavala Micellar Water.  This cleansing method leaves my skin feeling deeply cleansed, soft and hydrated.    I find this cleansing milk is gentle enough to remove my makeup and eye makeup without rubbing or pulling at my skin which is very important because the skin becomes more fragile with age.    The Mavala Caress Toning Lotion is packaged in a 200ml white plastic bottle.  I like the idea of the flow restrictor in the neck of the bottle which helps control the amount of fluid which needs to be dispensed.    Pros:  Is gentle;thoroughly cleanses the skin; is soothing and hydrating; the bottle has a flow restrictor Cons:  None   I have no hesitation in recommending the Mavala Switzerland Caress Cleansing Milk to anyone with dry, sensitive or thin skin because this product works for me. 

As a Mavala product user for 40 years, I had full confidence in their skin care products when I first discovered them. The caress cleansing milk is no exception to the Mavala excellence, it glides on smoothly, as a light-weight and thin film. I was delighted to find it is heavy duty enough to remove mascara as well as foundation, with no excessive rubbing, just a light smoothing and then wipe off with a face cloth. There is only a very faint scent, barely noticeable and fresh smelling. I use the cleanser over my entire face, eyes, neck, and décolletage, it leaves a lovely fresh and clean feeling with no stinging of the eyes, or leaving my skin tight, dry or stinging. I would happily recommend Caress Cleansing Milk... 55y.o. female, sensitive, dry and aging skin.
