NIVEA Pure & Natural Cleansing Lotion

I started to use this Nivea Pure and Natural cleansing lotion as l was having a reaction to micellar water. My eyes were red and itchy so had to find a product that was more gentle on my eye area. The Nivea product has proven to be the answer to my problem. I find it soothing and gentle to use on my eyes to remove Kohl pencil and mascara. It does not sting if you happen to get it into your eyes. That is definitely a bonus as no one wants red eyes or discomfort. The lotion is smooth and of a great consistency, that a little goes a long way. It comes in a handy size plastic bottle with a flip lid. It is also a great price, under $10. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends

This is a gorgeous cleanser for skin, especially dry and sensitive skin. It is so gentle and makes my skin feel soft and smooth after use. No stinging or dry, tight skin after using this at all! The two downsides are it is not a strong enough cleanser for waterproof eye makeup or zinc sunscreen, and some ingredients (fragrance and alcohol) can be sensitising for some people, so definitely do a patch test.

I love Nivea products and this product smells amazing!! I love how there is no parabens included and has some natural ingredients included. It is a heavy feeling cleanser however I find that for my oily skin it hydrates so well and I am less oily using this cleanser. Great cleanser and would definitely repurchase!

What a great find this product is. A silky, smooth and creamy product free of most chemicals including parabens and silicones. This is great to use as either a daily cleanser or a makeup remover. Application of this lotion is extremely easy, when using as a cleanser it develops a slight lather when used with water ensuring you face is left fresh and clean. One tip for application is that I would recommend removing the product with a warm face cloth in order to remove any left over residue on your skin. I have found that without doing so it can feel as though there is still product on my face. By using this technique my skin was left feeling soft and fresh. I also found that it is decent as a makeup remover. I would use it with cotton pads for my eye makeup and it removes it quickly without causing any irritation or redness to my eyes either.   I tend towards having sensitive skin when it comes to skin care products, with this lotion I had absolutely no issues. My skin did not have any breakouts or redness after use at all. There is a fragrance to this lotion so if that is something that can affect your skin it might be worth considering. Generally speaking though, this is a really gentle cleanser and not harsh at all on the skin. Due to the gentleness of the product I wouldn't necessarily consider this strong enough for clearing skin which suffers from more severe acne, however for general use it works really well. I have a normal skin complexion and didn't find it drying at all, after use my face felt soft and hydrated. As this is not very drying, it may not absorb all of the oils from your skin if you do have a more oily complexion but it still might be worth a try especially when considering the price of the product. Overall I definitely recommend this cleansing lotion, it works extremely well for me as both a cleanser and as a makeup remover. It contains mostly natural ingredients making it gentle on my skin and keeps my face clear of any breakouts. For a product that is less than $10 you can't really go wrong with it, I highly recommend this and will definitely be repurchasing.

NIVEA Visage Pure & Natural Cleansing Lotion is a total bargain buy. Free from parabens, silicones, mineral oil and artificial colours this fantastic facial cleanser works a treat. I was surprised to discover that this milky lotion foams up lightly and helps to remove makeup and the daily grime. While I removed makeup with cleansing wipes on many occasion before cleansing with this product, there were also a number of times I cleansed using only this which did works but there were still traces left on the skin's surface and within pores. Overall, I would recommend using a makeup remover cleansing with Pure & Natural Cleansing Lotion to ensure skin is as clean as possible. One thing I dislike about this product is the fact that it contains two types of alcohol and one of these is listed as the second ingredient (water being the first), meaning that the formula mostly consists of water and alcohol and to me alcohol is a drying agent. It does contain bio-argan oil and bio-aloe vera to hydrate and soothe skin. For less than $10, this is a great buy that makes skin feel clean and soft, and the light apple scent is delicious, although it would be nicer if the scent was a little less overpowering. I have normal/combination skin and the formula does not irritate or encourage my skin to break out, instead simply serving its purpose so I believe the claim 'suited to all skin types' is correct. This cleansing lotion is great at removing makeup, and is very gentle on the eyes.. My skin feels great after using it  not at all dried out or greasy. Lovely smell and great price.
