Natural Instinct Hydrating Cleansing Facial Wipes

I like that these wipes are made of natural ingredients and that Natural Instinct has many good qualities as a brand however I don't find that these were very effective at removing my makeup as gently as I would like. There was less moisture on the towelette compared to other wipes I've used and I had a bit of a stinging sensation after using them.

A great pack of hydrating facial wipes that work well when you want to freshen up your skin or remove makeup.  They are fragrance free so it would be suitable for those who have sensitive skin and the wipes are biodegradable so it's not harmful for the environment.  I like how convenient the pack is because it has a snap lid which keeps the wipes moist and ready to use which is why I also like to take it with me when I'm travelling.  The wipes are soft and relatively moist so I can effectively remove my makeup.  It does not irritate my skin and it leaves my skin feeling so fresh afterwards.

An economical and great face and neck wipes, suitable for daily usage as well. With the price they sell, this is a great option for natural beauty. I use it occasionally when I feel lazy and tired from work and don't have much time to do my 9 steps routine at night. It removes eye makeup easily too which is great. 

Facial wipes are my holy grail of makeup removers as they are so easy to use and super quick. I really loved the natural instinct hydrating cleansing facial wipes as they did not dry my skin and removed all traces of oil, dirt, grime and makeup, even my mascara. Afterwards my skin felt fresh, clean and soft and was hydrated and smooth, more radiant. The aloe vera and rosehip oil are really nourishing and the addition of glycerine make it easy to remove makeup without having to rub skin harshly. There are no nasties in these wipes, so perfect for anyone with sensitive skin. At under $8.00 they are also great value for money and there are quite a few in the packet. There was no irritation at all for me when using this product, its great that they are Australian made and not tested on animals. Just be sure to seal your packet up carefully to prevent the wipes drying out, other than that a great product that I would happily purchase again.

I had tried Natural Instinct several years ago after trying out a sample and was really impressed with their product.  Always one to support Australian and cruelty free brands, I decided to purchase several products from their range and the cleansing facial wipes was one of them.  I know most people say that makeup wipes aren't good for your skin as it doesn't thoroughly clean your skin but for me I normally use it as part of a two step cleansing process.  First, I start off with a makeup wipe to remove my foundation and eye makeup and then I follow it up with a foaming cleanser to ensure that my skin is completely clean.  Even though you can get away with just using a makeup wipe I feel as though my face isn't fully clean unless I wash my face with a cleanser.  These makeup wipes are great at removing all of your makeup and there's no need to follow up with a cleanser (unless you really want to).  It's a pack of 25 biodegradable wipes that stay fresh and moist with the secure lid on top.  Each of the wipes contains rosehip oil and glycerin to hydrate, nourish and soften the skin.  It also contains aloe vera which is very calming and helps moisturise the skin without being too heavy, making it perfect for those who have combination/oily skin.  It felt good knowing that all of their products were vegan, not tested on animals and free of petrochemicals, mineral oils, parabens and artificial fragrances so it would be suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin! My skin is very temperamental and with the prescription skincare products I use my face can get really dry and sensitive so I have to be careful about the facial wipes that I use.  With these ones I didn't have any issues.  The facial wipe itself was soft and had an average thickness.  It was a large makeup wipe so I could use it for both my face and neck without having to use another one which earned a star from me.  I like my makeup wipes to be strong because the last thing I want is to be using the wipe and have it tear or rip.  These makeup wipes kept their form the whole time and didn't have any tears.  They were moist and when I went over my face it took off my foundation, blush, lipstick, eyeshadow and my waterproof mascara.  When I used it on my eyes I was worried about it stinging or burning but thankfully there were no issues with that either.  It was gentle on the skin and after removing all my makeup I felt like it left my skin clean and moisturised, albeit just a lightweight moisturised feeling but enough to make a difference.  On my days off when I wasn't wearing any makeup I would use the wipes to cleanse and tone my face, removing any excess oil or any dirt that had accumulated throughout the day. I also like to use these when I am travelling.  It's small enough to fit in my handbag or my luggage and the lid keeps the wipes from drying out.  It's good to use it on a plane when the air can dry out your skin and make it feel dehydrated.  The price of the makeup wipes are very affordable considering the fact that they're natural and use quality ingredients.  I'm more than happy to pay a bit more knowing that the ingredients are safe and good enough for my skin.  What most people don't realise is that your skin absorbs everything you put on it!  It's the largest organ on your body so using products without nasties is very important for your skin and your body's general health and well being. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and continue to use it regularly.

Sometimes it really pays to spend a little more on a top quality face wipe that will not only do your face good but is eco friendly too!  There are so many cheap and nasty face wipes on the market that are not biodegradable, and are too harsh on the skin, stripping natural oils and causing irritations. Im happy to say this face wipe is gentle on the skin, even for my very sensitive skin. It leaves me feeling fresh and gets rid of every last scrap of makeup on my skin.  I love using this product because i know natural instinct is an amazing quality brand, and these wipes make my skin feel better and better. They really moisterise my skim which is a huge bonus, and rubs on feeling soft and soothing. Even with a breakout these wipes have seemed to calm my skin down, never causing redness.  I recommend using just one wipe at time, it will leave your skin squeeky clean! Sometimes i find it hard to find this product in store, so i recommend purchasing it online if you cant find it in your area. If you do buy in bulk, just make sure you store them properly and do not open them (keep them airtight).  Once you have opened your packet I recommend taking care to reseal your packet, to prevent the wipes drying out! I like to store mine away from sunlight and in an airtight container, and they stay fresh and moist for weeks and weeks.  I just love using these wipes knowing they are made morally and with the environmemt in mind, so they wont end up filling a landfill. So for a calming, skin friendly face wipe that will your skin feeling beautiful, i recommend these to you!
