Lily Collins always has these 2 hair products in her handbag

Plus, her hack for flyaway fringes

BEAUTYcrew Beauty Editor / July 31 2023

Emily In Paris star Lily Collins has officially acclimated to Parisian living. She even has an effortlessly cool French-girl fringe to prove it.

An avid air-dryer, Collins told The Zoe Report she doesn’t actually “really do that much” to style her Jane Birkin bangs.

Though she did admit that there are two hairstyling products that will always have a permanent place in her handbag for when her fringe needs “a little spruce.”

1/ A miniature bristle brush

“I always make sure to have a miniature bristle brush with me,” said Collins.

“If you’re scootering in Paris, like I do all the time, the windblown effect on bangs can not be so great,” she explained.

Ergo, keep a travel-friendly hair brush on hand and if “it starts raining or it’s humid and you need a little spruce,” you’ll be golden.

We recommend:

ELEVEN Australia Small Styling Brush ($29.95 at Adore Beauty); Lady Jayne Flexi-Glide Brush ($4.99 at Chemist Warehouse); and Mason Pearson Pocket Pure Bristle & Nylon Brush ($190 at David Jones).

2/ Living Proof’s Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo

“They're in every purse,” she joked. “It just saves me because I travel a lot and also I don't want to always wash my hair… it truly can help me for days on end.”
