No one puts on Halloween parties quite like Hollywood’s A-listers. Over the weekend, hordes of celebrities dressed up in a range of stunning, crazy and downright scary (Sara Sampaio we’re looking at you) costumes that delivered all the inspiration you need for your own get-up. Check out our gallery below to see our top picks for the best celebrity Halloween costumes of 2017.
In what is perhaps the most terrifying costume we’ve ever seen (but still a makeup masterpiece!), Victoria’s Secret model Sara Sampaio went as a botched surgical patient.
Sarah Michelle Gellar
It seems as though the actress took her cues from Jenna Dewan Tatum’s Halloween look from 2016 with this unicorn-inspired makeup. Still, Sarah is proof you can keep your costume simple and bring the wow with a stunning makeup look instead.
It feels like Kim K has been channelling Cher for months, which is why we weren’t too surprised to see she – and best friend Jonathan Cheban – pull off an incredible Sonny and Cher impersonation at the Casamigos Halloween Party.
Lauren Conrad dressed as everyone’s favourite Disney villain, Cruella de Vil. The most impressive thing about Lauren’s costume is how she managed to make two-tone black and white hair look chic!
Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford
The mother-daughter duo opted for some serious ‘70s vibes this year. We love Cindy’s larger-than-life hairstyle and Kaia’s version of Elvira Hancock from Scarface.
Last but certainly not least, Nina Dobrev dazzled with her sugar skull makeup, accessorised with one of the best flower crowns we’ve ever seen.
