The 2019 SAG Awards beauty looks that stole the show
These looks are going to dominate the whole summer season

The annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards may have come and gone for another year, but the good news is that we’re left with a stack of stunning beauty looks that are about to serve as our summer inspo!
The red carpet was *packed* with a ton of jaw-dropping hair and makeup looks – from dark vampy lips to bold curls and more pretty pink makeup. Here are some of our favourite celebrity beauty looks we can’t wait to copy this season:
Margot Robbie rocked up to the SAG Awards looking like utter perfection and we’re not even surprised. Opting for a sun-kissed, natural makeup look, the star showed off pink-hued cheeks, bold brows, a sweep of golden metallic eyeshadow and a peach lip. Wearing her shoulder-length hair in effortless waves, the Aussie actress looked like an absolute VISION.
It was ALL about the lips for Lady Gaga, who pulled off a breathtaking vampy pout that perfectly matched her nails. We think this statement colour is coming back in a *big* way (just look at all the dark plum lips at this year’s Critics’ Choice Awards!) and TBH we’re major fans. The hue works wonders against Lady Gaga’s fair skin, and paired with her sophisticated updo, it’s a modern-day spin on Old Hollywood glam.
New hair trend alert! THIS is how you nail a topknot when you have curls AND bangs. While Sandra Oh’s hair was styled back in a sleek bun, she embraced the curly texture of her fringe for a playful yet totally chic look. It’s simple but it looks so damn good.
Mandy Moore killed it *again*. On the makeup front, she went for a bold eye look with black kohl liner on her waterline and upper lids, as well as statement fluttery lashes. However, it was her stunningly simple hairstyle that really stole our hearts. Wearing a beautiful sleek low ponytail with a strong side part, the actress accessorised with quite possibly the sweetest touch - a cute pearl bobby pin.
When it comes to cheekbones, Gemma Chan has got it all worked out. Her already-enviably high cheekbones looked next-level radiant on the red carpet. Teamed with a velvety complexion and soft pink makeup (yep, pink again!), the Crazy Rich Asians star looked flawless.
Yara Shahidi from Grown-ish gave us a lesson in how to master monochromatic pink makeup. The actress showed off a gorgeous selection of soft pink makeup - from her blush to her eyeshadow and lip gloss. While many of us would isolate the pink makeup trend to either our eyes or lips, Yara proves that this season, more is more!
While she may be one of the lesser-known faces on the red carpet, Lucy Boynton’s beauty look definitely stole the show. The Bohemian Rhapsody actress arrived with a head-turning eye makeup look: a simple swipe of black eye crayon on her upper lids. The stunning retro-inspired look gave us major Twiggy vibes, and we have to say, we’re totally into it!
