Want to build your glute strength and perk up that peach? (Rhetorical question, obviously.) 

Via her Instagram, Sweat trainer and PWR Program founder Kelsey Wells shares a booty-burning cardio workout you can smash out at home in-between Zoom meetings. The only equipment required is a step and nerves of steel.

Work for 30 seconds, then take 30 seconds to rest. Repeat for five rounds.

  2. Lateral Step Jump to High Knee
  3. Knee to Bench Jump Squat
  4. Bench Hops
